Really looking forward to Cantina Chicken burrito, nobody would take our order. They told me to go use the kiosk, I wanted to add extra stuff to my order. After asking for help and being told again just use the kiosk, I left and went somewhere else.

Order 6 chalupas and a drink and that was $38 dollars…. I was good then because I know everything is expensive, but then I got home open my food and this people gave me no chicken on my chicken chalupa WTH!

Awful job by this location. 3 times in past months I have not been able to get breakfast because they aren't open when they are supposed to be
It's convenient they stay open late but they skimp on your food day or night compared to other Taco bells. Same results from 4 different times and days of the week.

I ordered 8 taco’s with sour cream and 2 bean burritos with sour cream and 10 fire sauce. There wasn’t any sour cream on any of it and I got 4 fire sauce. This place can never get the order right.

Not only was I treated poorly when asking for a remake of my food. I couldn’t find anywhere to sit because every table was filled with crumbs or sauce. Nobody is in the drive thru or ordering so there’s no reason a team member couldn’t come out and clean. When I let them know I didn’t order hot LETTUCE in my quesadilla, they looked at me like I was bothering them. They also messed up another guys order and went to the back proceeded to talk about him in a very rude way.

I ordered last night around 11pm and today around 5pm, had the same person on the drive through order who was very snarky and rude, both times my orders were wrong and poorly put together, I go to Taco Bell a lot maybe 4 times a week because it’s on my way home, the perfect stop but now I will gladly choose somewhere else to go.

Was stuck in line at the speaker for 30 mins. Had 8 cars behind me asking me to move but when I tried explaining the ladies were busy in there and there were only two workers the gal working the speaker wanted to get snippy with me. Every single time we come here they’re short staffed be prepared to wait an hour at night for your food. And rude rude rude service. Me and about 4 other cars left after this. Hire more people. This has been an issue for well over 6 months.
