This bell never does me dirty. I always leave with a bag of joy and 3 types of mild sauce I didn’t ask for but spiritually needed.The Crunchwrap? A national treasure. Cheesy Gordita Crunch? Built different. Even the Baja Blast hits. One sip and I’m healed. And don’t even get me started on how they always remember the napkins. It’s giving love. It’s giving loyalty. It’s giving culinary excellence on a budget.

Easily the worst Taco Bell experience I’ve ever had. Extremely slow service. Only way to order is the self service kiosk. A group of people can in and one of the workers said she could not take their order and they had to use the kiosk, which prompted them to walk out of the door. Food was burnt and made very sloppy. Many guests while we were there had to return food due to being wrong. Horrible experience. Won’t return to that location.

I spent my entire lunch hour trying to get food here with no luck. It took me about 35 minutes waiting in the drive thru line before realizing there was no one working the drive thru. After I went inside there was a line for the machines to self order that had 15+ people ahead of me and no one working the front counter.

Went through the drive through and ordered. We ordered a Diet Pepsi but received a regular Pepsi. We told the worker, Carrie A, at the window. Carrie responded by saying “you never said diet. You said Pepsi.” And when we apologized and said that we did order a Diet Pepsi with the first meal Carrie continued to give us grief. She even yelled back go the rest of her coworkers asking if they had heard us say Diet Pepsi. We tried to give back the regular Pepsi while Carrie got a Diet Pepsi. However she told us we had to pay for it. Extremely frustrating and disrespectful. The attitude we received from the employee over a Diet Pepsi was insane and will not be returning to that location. They also forgot some food. Overall, a crazy experience!
