They look short staffed, and my burrito is small as heck! I've been here 3 times since I moved here, and I've been disappointed every time. The burritos are small, the orders end up being wrong, I don't get the sauce I pay for, just overall not a good location.

Loves park always either forget the chips or the cinnamon twists so annoying I even remind them to check the damn bag and they’re so lazy they can’t even double check an order when I tell them that they always forget my shit. One time the male manager even went as far as to accuse me of lying about not getting some cheesy roll ups I ordered 8 total and got 6. I told him I wouldn’t drive back 10 minutes for 2 dollars worth of food. Was annoying for him to accuse me of lying about food.

For whatever reason, every single time I go to this location.....my order is wrong. Tonight I got shorted a grilled cheese burrito and a steak burrito supreme. But it's ok cause they gave me 2 extra tacos for waiting so long..... I don't get it, my order is either shorted or made wrong.

The employee's here are rude and slow. Waited 17 minutes now for 4 small items and still don't have it.

Honestly the worst Taco Bell in the area. Staff regularly has an attitude, food is NEVER right and regularly forgotten- recently an entire cravings box even when we told the girl at the window TWICE it was missing, she waved it off and said it was all in the bag. It was not in the bag. Regularly have issues with the younger women at this location appearing to be too busy chatting to check orders/continue order flow. This is both inside and through drive thru. I often avoid this one and return in hopes it’s gotten any better, only to have the wrong food or half of it missing like it has been for months.

Last two times in the drive through, I was missing items. The drive through line is so long that I'm not waiting in it all over again for their mistake. When you go inside, they don't acknowledge you. The last online order I submitted took over an hour to complete.

This location is awful. Very long wait time and order is incorrect most of the time. They're always missing part of the order. Tonight we ordered a few things including a chicken cantina bowl which was pretty much all rice. They said they were out of beans, which was fine but when I got home there were maybe a couple of shreds of chicken in the bowl. All rice lettuce tomato. They could have just said they were out of the bowl instead of giving us a bowl of rice.
