I put an order in two weeks ago for pickup. I ran in grabbed it on my lunch break and went back to work. When I got back to work I realized that my food was the incorrect items. The meal i ordered was around $13 the food i got was about $7 worth of food
I have reported this mishap through the app (in which I used to order) and through the rate my bell experience. I had gotten one message back from a customer experience specialist that same day. Since then I have sent multiple emails every few days with no response.

Almost $5 for two 50 cent tacos, cRaZy. Glad we have supreme fixins + black olives at home to fix 'em up right. American cheese and nuked made 'em taste a lot like jack in the box. Could have just had a bowl of cereal but had no milk and it was way late and I just needed a little gut filler after a full day an hour away. YaY!

We order Taco Bell last night at 2:00 in the morning it came right on time but my kids food had lettuce and onions on it when it was only supposed to be meeting she's all three tacos were wrong

Person who was opening went to Starbucks at 7:10, came back at like 7:15, I waited until 7:30 to pull up after I had placed a mobil order and drove all the way there, and then they acted like no one was there. That was today, 7:30 June 29th. I wouldn't have been so upset had she simply said that they were opening later due to staffing or whatever, but the blatant ignoring was disrespectful.
This location was a complete embarrassment. The Chalupa I received was so underfilled, as if they were rationing ingredients. It felt careless and unbothered — like quality control simply doesn’t exist here.
I’d recommend reading the other one-star reviews before visiting. The photos speak for themselves.

Went thru drive thru today. I've problems digesting rice. Tho bean burritos my favorite n Always have been, TACO BELL ALWAYS BEEN FAVORITE. NOT ANYMORE RUDE EMPLOYEES WHO HANG UP?? I'm disabled with life threatening digestive issues n like to treat myself once in a while. Rice is big issue with my stomach. No Longer will be at THIS Taco Bell on Riverside/Forest Hills in LOVES PARK, IL. EMPLOYEE RUDE when id called to complain & Hung up on me.
