Went thru drive thru 6:45 pm wedensday January 14 ,2026 was placing an order the person taking the order I explained i was hearing impaired asked if she could slow down a little that I didn't understand some of the words she was saying she started screaming I asked for a manager the 3 girls at the window said there is no manager and would not let me speak to someone in charge I explained again I was hearing impaired showed my hearing aid xpln my license plates say hearing impaired they just refused to call a manager and if one of them was it was very unprofessional for that person to even have that job I asked again for a name of there district manager they said did not know and no manager at that store in loves park on Riverside will never return it was my 1st time there .Sad!

Careless about their work, do NOT follow what's on the ticket WHATSOEVER, my order was completely WRONG. They threw in a bunch of stuff I DID NOT ORDER, and the only thing even CLOSE was 3 hardshell tacos with everything on it when I ordered soft shell ONLY meat and cheese. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Disrespectful. This taco bell served me old chicken. It was so old that it turned brown. I ate though because I am hungry and I definitely do not trust that young kid they have working the dining room orders to remake my order with respect. Hell, the kid didn't even give me my drinks. I had to grab my own by reaching over the counter. This taco bell does not rock. I suggest you send your enemies here.

I put an order in two weeks ago for pickup. I ran in grabbed it on my lunch break and went back to work. When I got back to work I realized that my food was the incorrect items. The meal i ordered was around $13 the food i got was about $7 worth of food

I have reported this mishap through the app (in which I used to order) and through the rate my bell experience. I had gotten one message back from a customer experience specialist that same day. Since then I have sent multiple emails every few days with no response.

Almost $5 for two 50 cent tacos, cRaZy. Glad we have supreme fixins + black olives at home to fix 'em up right. American cheese and nuked made 'em taste a lot like jack in the box.
Could have just had a bowl of cereal but had no milk and it was way late and I just needed a little gut filler after a full day an hour away. YaY!

Person who was opening went to Starbucks at 7:10, came back at like 7:15, I waited until 7:30 to pull up after I had placed a mobil order and drove all the way there, and then they acted like no one was there. That was today, 7:30 June 29th. I wouldn't have been so upset had she simply said that they were opening later due to staffing or whatever, but the blatant ignoring was disrespectful.
