Sad to say my favorite pizza place that I've been loyal to for years has let me down. The hours are not correct on Google, even though it says updated by business 4 weeks ago. It states they are open until 2 am Thur through Sunday, however when I call I get a voicemail saying the hours are now midnight at the latest, any day of the week. I've been ordering from this place every week for 2 years, and they have always been open until 2 on at least Friday and Saturday. I was happy to see the hours updated to 2 am on a Thursday as Thursday is my Friday because I work 4 10s. Don't update your hours if you won't actually be open at that time. I will have to find a new place after the change in hours due to my schedule. Sad because this is the best pizza in the city of Rockford. Shout out to the delivery driver though. He is always on time and my pizza was always fresh. If there was an issue he would let you know.
Update: The business has now blocked me on Facebook after I left a comment about my issue, then they deleted my comment. I have been loyal to this place for well over 2 years. Hundreds of dollars spent to be treated this way, after talking them up and recommending them to everyone I know. Don't get me wrong, The pizza is phenomenal, however I'm very disappointed with the way I was treated today.

They catered my son's graduation party and was there on time and set everything up. I dealt with Rachel and she was very very helpful and responded back if I had any questions. Drew delivered our food and he was excellent!! I would recommend this place!

I don’t order often but when I do, Windsor is usually my go to… it’s just that maybe the last few visits the pizza isn’t quite like I remember the first slice.
We stopped here on a day trip through Rockford. Service was great and the place has a cool atmosphere. Pizza was a 4/5 though. Good but not like amazing.

I was going to give 3 stars but I have to admit the pizza was good. It however lacks in toppings. We ordered a large cheese and pepperoni and a large sausage and they were really skimpy with the toppings. I mean really skimpy. I could barley taste any pepperoni. The price is about average maybe a little more expensive which I wouldn't care but for the price could you at least put some toppings on it. We ate there and I was surprised I thought it was a pizza place but it looked more like a very small dive bar. The bartender was also the waitress and she was very kind.

We ordered breakfast pizzas for a large group event on a Sunday morning. Rachel provided excellent customer service. She went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. It was such a pleasure doing business with her. The pizzas were great; and Steve, who delivered the pizzas to us, was right on time with a friendly smile. We were very pleased with the service we received from them, and the quality of their pizzas. If you ever need breakfast pizzas (or other food) catered, I highly recommend that you call Rachel at Windsor Pizza Parlor. We will definitely use them again in the future.
