The wing stop on Newport Ave in east providence is horrible . You wait at counter for 15 minutes no one says anything . They are all talking . then after 30 minutes I get my food ask for ranch and the guy says those aren't free make sure you charge . So you spend 40.00 and get no ranch . Please do better

We tried the Wingstop in Erie, Pa tonight & was hugely disappointed! Ordered online, requested extra cooking time, and the dips we wanted! Went to pick them up at the time they said & still had to wait another 30 minutes! They said to check if everything was in the bag (lol). So, get home, the wings were 1/2 cooked and ended up in the trash, there was 3 pieces of celery & carrot splinters, and one dip, not the 2 I ordered! Needless, I will just stick with the Cab, Avonia Tavern or Presque Isle Pizza!

12/31/2025 My boneless hot honey wings were just awful. Barely any seasoning, dry and very hard. Also had mild buff and my other half of bonesless wings were hardly sauce. Will NOT be back!

I came in at 5 o’clock. I was told by I believe it was a manager or the employee that I wasn’t able to place an order in the store. I had to only do an online order or delivery because they were so backed up. I completely understand it’s New Year’s Eve but you should have more employees working when I was given My food there was barely any fries.. This location always lacks in there service.

I've never eaten the food. I've been in the store and I've had to wait for orders while staff is talking. I watched them drop the fries for my customers order well after putting their wing container in the to go bag. To make matters worse, they look at you and act like you aren't there. It's nice being ignored by workers who don't care about the job or customer service. They caused me to have a late delivery and that effects my job!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER Delivered ice cold food that sat in a counter for a hour before delivering it. Tried calling the store to politely ask if I could return the food a pick up an order that was actually edible. Rude young punk that answered the phone told me to call door dash and hung up on me.

Order extra cook time chicken basically crispy chicken and I for the 2nd time from this location received chicken im certain wasn't cooked the normal amount of time. Soft very gummy chicken. There prices aren't cheap and to get partially cooked chicken is unacceptable. Worst location in the area drive to beloit or try your luck with e state location. Do yourself and just pass on this location today, tomorrow and forever. I'd like my order replaced with edible food or my $38 bucks back
