What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Walked in and waited to order. Guy said the cashier was on break and they weren’t taking orders. He said to order online. I’m not making an account to order online when I’m standing in the place already. I turned around and left.

Worst experience I have had to date with Wingstop. We ordered delivery and only received half of our order. After calling for over 10 minutes someone finally picked up the phone. I explained that we were missing half our order, got cussed at and hung up on. After trying to call through again I drove to the store with the phone call going the entire time. I waited in line listening to the phone ringing and being ignored by their entire staff. Once I got to the counter I explained that we were missing a second bag as the delivered order said bag one of two. Our bag was still sitting on the pickup shelf. The employee just said “sorry boss” and handed me the second bag that had been sitting there for roughly an hour at this point. No offer to remake the food or anything. Good luck dealing with anyone there.
