WORST DUNKIN I HAVE EVER BEEN TOO. I DO NOT NORMALLY GO TO ANY DUNKIN BUT I WAS THIRSTY AND SLIGHTLY HUNGRY FROM MY SURGERY. ON MY WAY HOME WE SPOTTED THE DUNKIN I ASK FOR SWEET TEA LIQUID SUGAR MAKE IT SWEET. HASH BROWNS PLUS MUNCHKINS. OVER CHARGE ME FOR MUNCHKINS HASH BROWNS COLD AS EVER AND TEA NOWHERE NEAR SWEET. YEAH FIRST AND LAST TIME EVER. ALSO GET SOME WORKERS THAT ACTUALLY LIKE TO DO THERE JOBS AND GREET YOUR CUSTOMERS. OR WAS IT CAUSE I WAS BLACK!!!! WHO KNOWS I WILL NEVER BE BACK TO FIND OUT.

Genuinely the best dunkin! I go there all the time before work. But specifically today I had a wonderful experience! Ordered online at the WRONG LOCATION! Went to the window and they said they didn’t have my order so they checked my phone order and told me what I did. Oops. Ordered again with the right location. They made my coffee super quick and perfectly and went above and beyond by giving me an extra sweet treat even though it was totally my fault! Love love love this location it’s my ride or die <3 props to the manager and employees for having amazing customer service and just being and all around stand up people

I went to Dunkin donuts at 20433 Torrence Ave Lynnwood ,IL,60411 I had order a Large coffee and 10 ct munchkins and look I didn't have enough for order so I try to change it at window and the manager on duty told his employee to tell me I had to go back around for my order could be change this is definitely ridiculous and unprofessional I mean I'm already in line. 8/6/25 at 0751 HRS

Just moved to Lynwood and this is the closest Dunkin to my home. I have been thru the drivethru over 6 occasions with my husband for 2 Iceed coffee and it seems its always a hit or miss getting my simple order correct. Never do me and my husband both get a correct drink usually only one is correct or none at all. I really had hope for this location as it is my local Dunkin but with the continued messups I will be looking elsewhere for coffee. The location is updated and employees are nice but I dont like getting charged extra for sugar free vanilla shots and not receive any in my drink.

Literally told us to go around and there was NO ONE behind us at the drive thru. We were sitting at the drive thru for literally a minute looking at the menu. I called and the manager after I left and he said they give 60 seconds per car. First, that's not enough to look at the menu and order. Second, there was no need for that if there was no one behind us. How are you going to time me to order. So rude never going there again. Spending my money somewhere where they care to give good customer service. Never experienced this before

Don’t listen when you place your order, roll their eyes at you when you politely ask them to correct what they put in wrong, give you donuts where the frosting is melting off of it

Always out of cold foam or bagels , most of the staff are friendly but it would be nice to know that your out of something before u get to the window to pick up, also COLD FOOD IS NASTY , I order a bagel and coffee everyday same order and the cheese eggs and bacon are always COLD , DO BETTER
