Game Tyme Sports Bar & Grill

The pretzel appetizer was fantastic, but sadly it went downhill fast from there. The burger for dinner was one of the worst tasteless overcooked burgers I've ever had. And, after waiting about 20 minutes for a second glass of wine, we asked the waitress to cancel it since everyone was finished with dinner by then and she said "oh I got busy and never entered it."

I went there to help my son celebrate his birthday it's a great place I also took my 75 y.o. Aunt & my 80 y.o. mom the place is great for the younger crowd 40 & under lol but we still had a good time.The wings were great too & the owner Ms. Lisa was amazing she checked on us several times to make sure we were ok & to see if we needed anything & I also saw her in the bathroom checking it out & replacing tissue, but the icing on the cake was when we ready to leave she told my son don't worry about them getting to the car security got them they are gonna drive them & he also stayed there until we pulled off # a happy camper & customer thank you thank you & thank you again Ms. Lisa may GOD continue to # bless you & your business.

Food and service were slow and frustrating, cold food, no napkins, and poor customer service. Nobody ever solved any of those issues, but it's a nice-looking spot.

Horrible customer service.

The front door security guard( tall, buff and small Afro) is extremely aggressive and rude. He curses with every word he says and it’s extremely unprofessional. I understand being assertive but that is NO WAY to treat customers!If i wasn’t there to celebrate my friends birthday i honestly would’ve turned around. I see a trend in the reviews mentioning the same issue and see that even now nothing has been done about it. Do better for the sake of your establishment.

This establishment is very rude especially the bartender she always over charge for things u didn’t order they like to get u drunk and over charge your credit or debit card u have to watch them the owner is very rude also I will never come back to this place

I was picking up a carryout order on a Sunday afternoon. I had already specified to the overly aggressive security and the doorman that I was just here to pickup an order. There is no designated area for order pick-ups, so I was directed to the crowded bar. When I initially placed my order, it was in fact “confirmed” by the kitchen - so I prepaid for my order.I would’ve thought that this transaction would’ve been quick and easy, but I sadly mistaken. As I approached the bar, I had signaled for a bartender - just to be ignored. The same bartender specifically looked me in the eyes, as I told her I was just picking up an order and walked away. I knew I was a few minutes early, so I patiently waited off to the side. I waited for an extra 30 minutes on the side of the bar because every staff member I got the attention of told me “one second”.After about 35 minutes, I finally got the attention of what I think was either the bar manager. I had placed my order through the official Game (GT) website - like I’ve done once in the past. I wasn’t sure if she had trouble understanding what I meant, so I showed her my confirmation from the site. I was then told that what I had ordered was “out of stock.” I’m not understanding why if this was the case, was my order still “confirmed” Also, why wasn’t I contacted by a team member to let me know before traveling to pick-up. My concerns were disregarded, and no alternative was suggested in place of what I had ordered. I wasn’t issued a refund, but will be waiting a few business days until the purchase posts to reach back out to GT.This is like my fifth time coming to Game Tyme, and my customer experience gets worse every time I visit.

I went there to bring in my friends birthday and the bartender wanted us to pay a 18 % gratuity on each order that we made, ask her if we could get a tab going she say no we have to pay each time. Mind you every one was paying separately ask her again to take my credit card so everything could be on one bill and we could get a tab she said no tab. My thought isn’t this a bar and bars do tabs ??? Smh worst experience…. Never going back. ( money hungry bartender)

I have been to Game Tyme about 8 times. Each time the services gets worse. My concern is the bartenders. Extremely rude, dismissive, inattentive and very unprofessional. It always the same energy from the same bartender. When I first went last year April it was great. Went back a few weeks later it was still good however since then it has gotten horrible. No hello when you walk in, instead your met with rude glances. Food wasn't hot and took a very long time. I've been many times and always run a tab however tonight no tabs. I'm wondering if because gratuity is included you get bad services.
I try to support my black owned bussiness however I don't think I will return unless they do something with the bar staff, the quality of food and the customer service. Come on Game Tyme we have to do better.
Start with a chat with little Ms Attitude. She has been referred to multiple times in previous reviews. Pay attention because your patrons are.

Had to wait 2 hours for a carry out order while multiple people at the bar who ordered after me got there food.. The staff acted as if they did not care at all.. I usually don’t leave reviews, but my experience was TERRIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
