I went there to help my son celebrate his birthday it's a great place I also took my 75 y.o. Aunt & my 80 y.o. mom the place is great for the younger crowd 40 & under lol but we still had a good time.The wings were great too & the owner Ms. Lisa was amazing she checked on us several times to make sure we were ok & to see if we needed anything & I also saw her in the bathroom checking it out & replacing tissue, but the icing on the cake was when we ready to leave she told my son don't worry about them getting to the car security got them they are gonna drive them & he also stayed there until we pulled off # a happy camper & customer thank you thank you & thank you again Ms. Lisa may GOD continue to # bless you & your business.

Food and service were slow and frustrating, cold food, no napkins, and poor customer service. Nobody ever solved any of those issues, but it's a nice-looking spot.
The front door security guard( tall, buff and small Afro) is extremely aggressive and rude. He curses with every word he says and it’s extremely unprofessional. I understand being assertive but that is NO WAY to treat customers!If i wasn’t there to celebrate my friends birthday i honestly would’ve turned around. I see a trend in the reviews mentioning the same issue and see that even now nothing has been done about it. Do better for the sake of your establishment.

I was picking up a carryout order on a Sunday afternoon. I had already specified to the overly aggressive security and the doorman that I was just here to pickup an order. There is no designated area for order pick-ups, so I was directed to the crowded bar. When I initially placed my order, it was in fact “confirmed” by the kitchen - so I prepaid for my order.I would’ve thought that this transaction would’ve been quick and easy, but I sadly mistaken. As I approached the bar, I had signaled for a bartender - just to be ignored. The same bartender specifically looked me in the eyes, as I told her I was just picking up an order and walked away. I knew I was a few minutes early, so I patiently waited off to the side. I waited for an extra 30 minutes on the side of the bar because every staff member I got the attention of told me “one second”.After about 35 minutes, I finally got the attention of what I think was either the bar manager. I had placed my order through the official Game (GT) website - like I’ve done once in the past. I wasn’t sure if she had trouble understanding what I meant, so I showed her my confirmation from the site. I was then told that what I had ordered was “out of stock.” I’m not understanding why if this was the case, was my order still “confirmed” Also, why wasn’t I contacted by a team member to let me know before traveling to pick-up. My concerns were disregarded, and no alternative was suggested in place of what I had ordered. I wasn’t issued a refund, but will be waiting a few business days until the purchase posts to reach back out to GT.This is like my fifth time coming to Game Tyme, and my customer experience gets worse every time I visit.

I’ve been to Game Tyme a few times, and each time has been drastically different. We ordered a round of drinks which came fairly quickly. Everything went downhill from there. The service was HORRIBLE. My party and I ordered wings and fries. The wings came out and we sat without fries for about 30 minutes. The server kept saying she was going to check on it, but never did. The fries, which were lukewarm, finally came out well over 30 minutes later. When we wanted another round of drinks, someone from my party had to get up from our table to take the empty glasses to the bar to get our server to serve us another round. We were never asked if we wanted water, ketchup or anything else. This was hands down the WORST experience here at Game Tyme. No apology for the service or inconvenience. We HAVE to do better if we wanted support from our community! It really is unacceptable. This will probably be the very last time I patronize this bar.

Let me start by saying that this place is a hidden gem. I live nearby and hadn't really had the opportunity to stop in. The food is amazing. The salmon egg rolls will have your mouth watering and you begging for more. The cook and owner took the time to greet each guest as she brought out their plates. The drinks are poured strong and the crowd was mature. Great place to stop in for Wednesday night karaoke. I'll definitely be back!

Owner likes to switch shit up when they want to, doesn't honor her flyer, watered down drinks are extra wack, waited a hour to get served, food took two hours just for some wings, ,they need to do better, not gonna drag everyone there into the mud, the young light skinned bartender was great , I'm glad the owner got a drink wasted on her karma for the juicy juice drinks she was serving, do better and step it up, dj was wack too
