Waitress didn’t greet us, plastic ware was asked for because we didn’t have any silverware when food was delivered, and we sat at the table for 20 minutes when we were first seated before she came over to us. They were very underprepared for Cinco de Mayo. Only positive thing was that the drinks were strong and food was decent.

I ordered ground beef quesadillas and was given a ground beef taco and the bartender insisted it was a quesadilla (that’s how they make them) I’ve never seen 1 quesadillas rolled up in a taco shell. And I was still charged for the price of quesadillas that I ordered. I will not order food there again. Only drinks.

I wanted to try this place because I noticed that alot of traffic come thru there. I go in and I order a chicken burrito, 2 kids chicken tender meals, and for my spouse has a chicken mini chimichanga with a chicken fajita. The drinks are strong and if it wasn't for that, it probably would have been a waste. However, the food is trash. First off the different type of chicken they use is orangish/pink and is big thick cuts on it. The burrito and mini chimichanga had the same meats. There's no seasoning for the meat at all. My children had chicken tenders and that meat was even coated different but what kids do you know who likes chicken tenders not eat them. Breading was off on them. The mini chimichanga was literally just that orangish/pinkish meat. No cheese no lettuce, just huge chunks of meat...the chicken burrito at least had all the ingredients that come with a burrito but still disgusting. Our waiter Elizabeth/Eliz, we told her of this mishap and not once did a manager come over to see what the issue was. So we paid and left and definitely won't be returning. I guess their bar is what really saves them. I suggest changing the chicken products and add seasoning to the meat and to not serve the burritos and chimichanga with huge chunks of meat but to cut them up smaller. The salt shaker had rice in it with a black spot did inform Elizabeth of that, which she told me that sometimes the salt would get wet. Truly confused on how that would happen but idk yall. Try at yall own risk. Check out my pictures below. Women's bathroom needs a huge remodeling by the way too.

The food is pretty good! I enjoyed coming to this place until I realized that you're forced to pay a gratuity tip! My server did an awful job of keeping up with my table and now I see why (she would be getting paid a tip regardless.) I had to ask another server for items twice and was still forced to tip an estimate of $20. With that being said, I will never go back!

Crooks!! The food is ok. Our bill was $56.90 but when they add the taxes it brought the bill to $60.64. This is to justify them charging you a 20% gratuity. Our server did not do $11.38 worth of work. The menu says 20%gratuity of 4 parties or more or $60. Hmmmm…. Let me be the one to decide how much I tip her. She didn’t do anything worth the tip that was added. I won’t be coming back.

Food was good, server was attentive, but nickle and diming people for extra chips and salsa and stuff like that is why the restaurant is empty on a Sunday afternoon. People don’t come back if they don’t think it’s a deal. It puts a bad taste in people’s mouth regardless of how good the food is. I’m not going back because I felt like they were trying to swindle me. I’m not saying, I’m just saying.
