So I came in looking for a good meal especially knowing about the 5deal meal..me and my wife and brother in law came in and ordered ...at first I thought wow what quick service only to find the fries stale and the suggest over dried....as I have been in the fast food game....including working for burger king....I know when food is fresh vs food that's been waiting...there was no steam from chicken and fries were defiantly just laying there and we're cold...not one table was cleaned what so ever ...the lack of initiative to provide good food and good customer service in this burger King makes me quite upset...and honestly yall need stricter mangment and work on your food quality cause it's not hard to make a good hamburger...and you advertise the hersey shake and my brother in law was upset at how the half@ssed on mixing it ....we not here to be Karen's we're here cuase we like burger King and there food but your crewmebers are not even giving us fresh food and that's a real issue

Sad. The bun was burnt, and the sandwich was sloppy, I asked for no salt. They still had salt. The girl giving the food looked mad and bothered. Never come here again.

Not ordering from this location anymore, my order is usually missing things, once in a while an entire item doesn't show up, or it's wrong. Even ordering inside for take out its usually wrong. The place is clean though, and the food is cooked fine, but the order is constantly screwed up.

The place was stinking. This dude was sweeping and came over and just started taking my order. I ignored it.Then when it comes to handing food over. He comes from the back with mop bucket. And then with the same hands . No gloves no hand washing, starts handling the food. I was like no man. You can't do that . I don't even want it.

I placed an Uber eats order, chicken sandwiches tasted as if salt was poured on them. Horrible. The whoppers were tasty but we did end up throwing the chicken sandwiches away.

This location, strangely enough with its terribly maintained exterior and overflowing garbage, which I'm sure isn't bringing rodents or bugs lol, is usually a miss. The workers are short tempered and sloppy with food, and orders are not accurate. ordered food today for a vegetarian, and my mozzarella sticks were the worst cooked chicken fries ever made with no explanation or refund. Fries were disgusting, you name it. Im curious who the owner is and how they can continue to operate this location like this. All the commercials I have to sit through and the food SUCKS this hard? Health department needs to shut this place down seeing the amount of untrimmed vegetation and running rats and mice im sure there a litany of code violations, if they don't care about outside can you imagine the inside? Skip the stomach ache from the overpaid tweenagers or lazy bosses that don't put anywhere near the quality of the food the company claims in their ads. Someone needs to shut this place down, it's miserable, tired, and nobody there is happy ever. Do something

Order a Number 8 and they forgot to put the bacon and order iced coffee mocha and they poured a bunch of chocolate and tasted like chocolate milk
