Every single time I come here it’s an issue. If they’re not messing up the order completely they’re giving me no sauces for items like Chicken Fries etc, then when you mention it to them and ask for the BBQ sauce they have attitude and complain like they didn’t mess up?

Lady making food does NOT wear gloves. She was grabbing the lettuce with bare hands , separating the cheese with bare hands .. touching all sorts of other things and back to making the food again .. all with NO gloves !

I don’t recommend anyone to eat at this Burger King location because I nosed they clean the tables very well I saw dead bugs and hair on the tables walking in. I typically refrain from giving negative reviews of restaurants, but after my recent experience at this Burger King location, I will never return. The customer service was incredibly rude and I felt discriminated against as a pregnant black woman. Despite waiting for two hours for my food to be prepared, they asked me to leave the restaurant with no valid reason. As someone who frequently visits this Burger King for lunch, I was shocked by the manager's behavior towards me. I was made to feel disrespected and uncomfortable while waiting for my Uber ride. The manager's lack of concern for my pregnancy only added to the unpleasant situation. Not only did she ask me to wait outside, but her racist remarks could still be heard from inside the restaurant. I believe the manager should improve her people skills as she seemed to have singled me out without any justified reason. There is no rule prohibiting customers from eating and waiting at this particular Burger King location, and I find their treatment of me unjustified.
Never open at night during there open hours. A full hour and 20 minutes till close and 4 cars leave the drive through with out service.

When I pulled into the drive-thru, there was one car in front of me. 20 minutes later, I still didn't have anyone working the drive-thru, so I left. As I pulled away, I saw the car in front of me still trying to get his order through the pickup window. Manager needs to hire more people

Terrible dry tasteless burgers. Worker handles food without gloves and microwaved previously cooked burgers. No flame broil taste little lettuce and paper thin tomatoes. No wonder this place is never crowded! If I wanted tasteless burgers I would have gone to MacDonalds. Next time I will be going back to Culver’s where burgers are prepared to order and taste great.

They do not use gloves first of all ..I went for lunch in the drive through as I always do. I saw the worker that was attending the food on the phone, eating and still handling food for the public ....that's cross contaminated for 1. Then she licks food off her finger then scoops up the fries in the box like it's no big deal.....I asked ( where are her gloves and why is she licking her fingers and then handling food?). I was told they never use gloves and she didn't see her licking her finger, no because she was too busy digging through the trash looking for my recept for my food that she didn't even give me. So of course you did see it. This is just gross and nasty. I won't be back. The woman is on her phone, going under her arm then handling people's food, no wonder people have food poisoning.
