Had a great delivery experience last week. This week tried to pick it up couldn't place the order through the app couldn't place the order through the website. Came here and now I find out that the coupon is online only

Me and family ordered 2 large Hawaiian and ham pizzas and waited 30 minutes for them to arrive. When we recieved the pizzas they were pepperoni pizzas even though on the receipt it said they were Hawaiian pizzas. We called them to complain and asked for compensation since we had to wait another 30 minutes for our food. They said they can't dd anything and all we can do is wait. I believe this is unfair and we deserve compensation for waiting And they requested to return the 2 pepperoni pizzas. Are they planning to sell them again?

This dominoes location is the absolute worst experience I’ve had at any place. I place an order that takes over an hour to get delivered to me and when I get the food it was old and cold. Very unhappy with this place. When i heated up the pizza so I could eat it. It was not good I took a few bites then threw the pizza away, the next morning I wake up with food poisoning and stomach pain I would not recommend this place at all!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Went to go pick up a pizza from the location found a full Strand of hair in the pizza. They wouldn’t give me a credit or drop off a remake for free. Instead said they would have to charge a delivery fee or I can pick it up. Unfortunately it’s was lunch for my kids and they get off the bus soon so I can’t leave.

The cheese they use is terrible. The pizza tastes bad. If they used Sorrento brand cheese. The pizza would be much better.

Took an hour for my pizza to arrive when it's an 8 minute drive from my job. I couldve pivked it up myself bc of how late it showed up. My pizza showed up raw and I didn't notice until I was gonna eat a 2nd piece. My parmesean bites were raw too. I hope I don't get sick now ? They were nice to give a refund though which is why 5/5 for service.

Love this location. They're always fast and the pizza comes out great. They always seem busy but the staff seems to be in a good mood. There's another location a bit closer to my house but I choose this one because it's much better.

Nasty brand of cheese or maybe an old cheese . Really bad flavor and odor. I’ll never comeback again.
I was charged twice and told the manager and also have to proof of it from my bank and they took no responsibility just saying it might come off at some point now I have to dispute it with my bank
