I’ve had issues with my last 3 orders. The cheese is barely melted and the bread bites are raw. Never offered a refund, only the option for a free pizza (which is just as bad as the pizza it’s supposed to replace).

I ordered about a month or so ago and the Lyons location got my order wrong so they gave me a free pizza. I decided to use the coupon today. I received a raw pizza for me and my kiddos dinner. The amount of questions I had to answer were ridiculous. We will never order dominos again!

The person made the order wrong I ordered garlic Parmesan wings. Bone - in I always order that but he gave boneless which I don’t eat/ like. I tired calling no answer…. Just pick up the order and came home. 9/22/25 very dissatisfied.

The manager Nick is friendly but the food has definitely gone down hill within the last year! When we got a remake the pizza was perfect but just ordered again tonight 2 pizzas well done, one was cooked right & the other was so soggy that my 10yo said white Castle is better than this pizza 🤢.

The lady who greeted me was very bubbly and I didn’t realized I placed my order wrong and the guy who was at the register with a bunch of button pins on his hat was super nice and helped me right away.. awesome service
Super reliable location always have my orders ready for pickup fresh and hot. I order online for pick up and they have never failed.

really this is a joke. I order every week 2 large pizza cheese and topping onion jalapeños peppers and green bell pepper Who does this Topping 2 pizzas with only 1 jalapeños peppers in each slice And the same is the with onions 🧅

Domino's #2863 at 8538 Ogden Ave in Lyons, IL delivered the wrong order and refused to make it right.
I ordered one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. When I got home from work—around 2-1/2 hours after the delivery—my babysitter said the kids wouldn’t eat the food. I checked and found they had sent one bacon & sausage pizza and one chicken & bacon pizza.
I called the store, and the manager admitted they made a mistake. Yet he refused to refund the order or offer a credit. Instead, he tried to blame my babysitter for opening the boxes and claimed it was now my fault. He said fixing the issue would go against company policy—something that makes no sense if the error was clearly theirs.
The manager was rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to take responsibility.
If you expect basic customer service and want the food you actually ordered, especially when you have childcare and are not home, I strongly suggest ordering from another pizza place. This location does not care about its customers or standing behind its own service based on my experience today.
