I used to love buying tamales from this place—always flavorful and generously filled. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. I ordered tamales for dinner yesterday, and they arrived undercooked with very little flavor. I ended up waking up with a stomach ache and nausea. My boyfriend typically enjoys their burritos because they’re usually hearty, but this time they were mostly beans with barely any seasoning and minimal meat. I’m not sure what’s changed, but the quality has definitely gone downhill lately.

Coffee is good. Food is mediocre. But the service is absolutely horrible. The servers seem to be in a horrible mood and you have to practically beg for them to get your order taken. And when they finally come the attitudes are bad. Yet they are all happy laughing in the cooking area.

This was my favorite spot. Then the food changed. I stopped going. I went ahead and wanted to give him the second chance. The benefit of the doubt went to order the potato flautas and ended up getting whatever they wanted to give me. I called to let them know. Their answer was well. The girl who took your order went to the bathroom and she didn’t tell me the correct order. She just told me it was an order flautas but she didn’t let me know what kind. And then when I asked for salsa for them they said they didn’t give it with this order. Sorry to say last time going there.
