I had hot chocolate, which as always if you get the medium size, is amazing. My mom had the coffee, as we were getting ready to keep warm for the lights show at Brookfield zoo.

I ordered an Iced Matcha Latte in the morning, I understand it gets busy but my drink was just half foam and half of the actual drink. I paid full price so you think I should get the full drink, if I wanted half I would’ve paid half. Help those teenagers with their training, and I say that respectfully and politely because they seem like they didn’t know what they were doing.

my ice cold brew coffi wasnt filled up it was half way made but still was good . the whole team seem unhappy today , dunkin boss you need reward your employees and give them that good raise .

I am never returning here again. I went to order and the cashier had attitude and when I ordered regular hashbrowns they gave me cheesy ones so when I went to go tell them they gave me the wrong one the lady snatched it out my hand and then as I’m drinking my drink it tastes DISGUSTING something was expired in the drink and I don’t know what it was but just know this place isn’t worth it. i will never return. One of the worst Dunkin’s ever.
The staff here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - 4 stars because of management. They have the employees working in ridiculously hot and muggy conditions. I am a regular customer here as well as multiple people I know and everybody can vouch that the Lyons crew is amazing - they deserve better working conditions. Management TREAT YOUR STAFF BETTER!!!

It was 8:42 am and I decided to stop at Duncan for a fast breakfast. Their drive-through is high-speed, although I decided to go inside. The food was prepared promptly, fresh, and tasty, and the customer service was excellent. They greeted all of their customers, and their response time was quick.I would definitely recommend this Dunkin' Donuts.Congratulations to the team!
Vegetarian options: You have to ask for this although it is highlighted on the board because they have both options for customers .
