My mom went in. Took a minute as the server was scooping ice cream for a customer ahead of her very slowly like he didn't want to be working there. I had hot chocolate, which as always if you get the medium size, is amazing. My mom had the coffee, as we were getting ready to keep warm for the lights show at Brookfield zoo.

The staff here is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - 4 stars because of management. They have the employees working in ridiculously hot and muggy conditions. I am a regular customer here as well as multiple people I know and everybody can vouch that the Lyons crew is amazing - they deserve better working conditions. Management TREAT YOUR STAFF BETTER!!!

It was 8:42 am and I decided to stop at Duncan for a fast breakfast. Their drive-through is high-speed, although I decided to go inside. The food was prepared promptly, fresh, and tasty, and the customer service was excellent. They greeted all of their customers, and their response time was quick.I would definitely recommend this Dunkin' Donuts.Congratulations to the team!

Vegetarian options: You have to ask for this although it is highlighted on the board because...
