This is the 2nd time at this location, I order an unwhich thru the app for pick up on the app, get my food come home and see literally one small lettuce leaf as the wrap, 1 piece of cucumber and pickle and a little shredded lettuce. I order from different locations 2-3 times biweekly and never had an issue. $10 plus for this is ridiculous

Check your order before you leave. This Jimmy Johns in Lyons (1st Avenue and Ogden) will pawn off someone else's order on you and not give you a receipt, so that you can't prove their mistake. How do I know they did this on purpose? Because I was handled the sandwich as I was putting my change away. This is a store that needs to fail. They are not customer focused.

Always the best! Today me and my parents ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 potato salads, 2 brownies, 2 drinks and 2 bags of chips. Oh and a pickle. It was all made quickly and correctly, and packed neatly into a box. I cant remember the girl's name (which I should have asked! I forgot) but she held the door open for me and was very kind. I appreciate everyone who works here, you're all very kind and really really good at your jobs!! I've never seen a better crew. Not sure how much you all get paid-- regardless of what the amount is, you all deserve a raise.

If you ever crave a slowly warmed and dampened wrap or sandwich, this James Johnathan has you covered! I live .6 miles away and have never gotten my delivery in less than 40 minutes. Despite calling multiple times for the status. I mean it's a sandwich guys, you're not exactly performing custodial services for rocket scientists. Stay special you guys. Every other Jimothy Jonny's can get it right but not you bunch of Stickney HS drop outs. Stay awful.

The manager needs to hire people that can drive, the driver was older guy and a car was slowing down infront of him and cut infront of me. That’s a nice way to represent I work for jimmy johns by cutting people off.
