this McDonald’s is ok, I just don’t like that the bathrooms are in the entrance so while I’m trying to eat i can smell the bathrooms :/

So this is the 2nd bad experience in the drive thru window with the young black lady with the pimples on her face. She doesn't welcome you through the speaker or acknowledges if you’re ready to order. Her voice is hardly heard and seems that she is not properly trained for drive thru service. She is very unwelcoming and seems comfortable with mistreating regular customers.
Please reevaluate her ability to preform work duties at the drive thru window.
Also, my sprite with this order was flat and sour which I will call location for a credit .

Fries still always salty. And chicken nuggets, the new sauce pack are way too tiny. How is that enough with 10 peices of nuggets. Barely enough for two.

I stopped by the McDonald's drive-thru around 10 PM (Dine in was closed)after a long day at work, hoping to grab a quick meal. To my surprise, the manager refused to take my order because I wasn’t in a car. I was on foot, tired, and hungry, but the staff wouldn’t make an exception—even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all.
I understand that the drive-thru is primarily for cars, but when there’s no one else in line and it’s late, it would’ve been nice to see a bit of flexibility. I ended up walking away empty-handed, which was really frustrating after a long day.
I’ve always liked McDonald's, but this experience definitely left me disappointed. I hope they can reconsider their approach for situations like this in the future.
I just walked away , I feel it’s not worth arguing when I was almost drained.

What crap customer service! I just wanted a vanilla cone. They ran out of cones. So I asked if they can just put it in a cup. The window girl said that’s a plain sundae and I’d have to pay more. I asked to talk to a manager. The rude kid told me they can’t charge me for a cone just because it would be an inventory issue if they used a cup?! Seriously McDonald’s??

Chicken tenders are rubbery. The owner has a bad attitude. This place is outdated. The fries are wayyyyy too salty. The McDonald’s on Cermak and Harlem is way better. The parking lot is always littered in trash. Overall terrible McDonald’s.

Placed an order via mcdonald’s app to pick up breakfast before they stopped serving. I go only for them to cancel the order as my sister went inside to pick it up. They tell her she has to reorder thru the app. Joke is, you cant reorder breakfast in the app if it’s past the time. I go thru the drive-thru to see if they’ll honor it and bro is talking about “you have to be here before breakfast ends for the order to go through” So then what’s the point of ordering though the app??? Never happened before and my food is always ready and MADE when I order through the app. I’ll take my business to the Cermak mcdonald’s since they always make my food and have it ready by pick up when I order it through the app. Like they should because what’s the app for then???

I ordered a McFlurry and the guy making it pickup up the cup so that his finger touched the inside of the cup which he wasn’t wearing gloves. He then coughed on the McFlurry several times while making it I’m just never coming back here again
