I pull up to the drive thru. No talks through the speaker. I wait a minute. I car pulls to the other drive thru speaker and immediately their order is taken. I ask "hello?" And I am told to hold on. Finally got food. Everything is subpar.

I ordered a McFlurry and the guy making it pickup up the cup so that his finger touched the inside of the cup which he wasn’t wearing gloves. He then coughed on the McFlurry several times while making it I’m just never coming back here again

I rarely leave bad reviews because I can usually find some redeeming qualities. Orded 3 things, the mose expensive of them was missing, again. This location specifically seems to always forget ordered items. I work out in Will county. The McDonald's by my work has kids working there, they are always upbeat, happy, willing to help. This location has a lot of older people working there that could care less about the customers. Maybe the franchise should take a look at their service scores vs some of the other locations with happy customers. Just QC an order properly, that's all. Not hard!
