I would just like to inform everyone that the service at this McDonald's is appalling. The man that took my order at the drive through has no idea how to talk to customers. Sad.

The play area was very dirty. Food, napkins, food all over the floor, the tables were not wiped down. They had crumbs and other debris on several of them. The garbage cans were extremely overflowing with trash. My food was left on the counter when I was informed it was being brought to me. Overall this McDonald's is probably one of the worst maintained.

I hope these new hires working the windows at night are temporary (the two young guys). ZERO customer service skills. The young kid handling payments would rather be on his phone. They don't speak. They stare you down. And quite frankly it comes off as an attempt to be intimidating.... AND got my order wrong!!!

This used to be my childhood McDonald's. But this has now become my on my way to work McDonald's. The staff here has always been very accommodating, friendly and just great costumer service.

Their drive-through is incredibly slow and they screw up orders pretty regularly. It seems like there’s a lot of turnover which makes me think that the management is the problem because the people are nice but they just don’t seem to get things right

Don't ask for a refund if they get your order wrong. They will be little you in front of everyone telling you your the problem.

So this is the 2nd bad experience in the drive thru window with the young black lady with the pimples on her face. She doesn't welcome you through the speaker or acknowledges if you’re ready to order. Her voice is hardly heard and seems that she is not properly trained for drive thru service. She is very unwelcoming and seems comfortable with mistreating regular customers.

Please reevaluate her ability to preform work duties at the drive thru window.

Also, my sprite with this order was flat and sour which I will call location for a credit .

Fries still always salty. And chicken nuggets, the new sauce pack are way too tiny. How is that enough with 10 peices of nuggets. Barely enough for two.

I stopped by the McDonald's drive-thru around 10 PM (Dine in was closed)after a long day at work, hoping to grab a quick meal. To my surprise, the manager refused to take my order because I wasn’t in a car. I was on foot, tired, and hungry, but the staff wouldn’t make an exception—even though the drive-thru wasn’t busy at all.

I understand that the drive-thru is primarily for cars, but when there’s no one else in line and it’s late, it would’ve been nice to see a bit of flexibility. I ended up walking away empty-handed, which was really frustrating after a long day.

I’ve always liked McDonald's, but this experience definitely left me disappointed. I hope they can reconsider their approach for situations like this in the future.

I just walked away , I feel it’s not worth arguing when I was almost drained.
