Pizza is great. Meatball sandwich and fries was very good as well. Cold beer and great service. Prices are very reasonable.

We live in Wisconsin 200 miles away but my father in law lived in the area his whole life up until 5 years ago we had to move him up here...his friends and other family are all still down there. When he passed his wishes were to get his friends some good pizza and have a few beers.He has been a patron here and loved their pizza so we tried to do exactly that...we booked the patio knowing we would have 50+ people coming for celebration of life. We called a Danielle and one other lady 2 months out and discussed what they had for food and set up. We told them we would call the final few weeks for a more accurate head count. Day of celebration we showed up and literally were told they had no clue what we wanted and had booked a kids birthday party outside on the patio. We were now shoved in a back room with maybe 25 seats. We have 50+ adults and need room to eat. We were given menus and told to order like regular customers!! She claimed she didn't have our contact information and had no communication about anything! We have call records that show otherwise! We brought a cake from our local bakery, they remembered somehow that we ordered family serving of salad and that was ready and we ordered 5 family size pizzas to start. The waitress informed us she would just add stuff when she saw we needed it. She was working 2 parties..we rarely saw her. 45 minutes we waited for the refill pizzas! No food was available in between pizza refill so I cut the cake to appease some people! Half of Dad's friends had to sit in the bar on the other side of the building from this room...we were split up. People missed the speeches and mingling amongst one another because there was no room! Money was not the issue for why we had it at a place like this...this was our father's last wishes. You made our day from start to finish total chaos. Lies of communication, giving the area we needed away to a kids birthday, lack of attention to our guests. We had veterans and elderly leaning up against walls. 9 pizzas (6 one topping and 3 deluxe)a pan of Italian salad and 5- 2 liters without grituity was 420.00!! Still can't figure the math out because menu prices show way less than what it seems we were charged. She literally handed us a guest bill with no breakdown just 420.00 circled on it. Absolutely will never have a good thing to say about what we experienced on a day that was already hard enough. Fail...you should be ashamed but from the customer service we received I doubt you care.

UPDATE: I just checked with my credit card company, a full two weeks since this. They never initiated the refund even though I returned the food --- The hot wings here are amazing. I ordered a 15 piece hot wing and large thin crust pepperoni today. They told me 35 minutes. I got here on time and it ended up not being ready for an hour. I was already skeptical about the service, so on my drive home I opened the pizza to check it. It was pineapple and pepperoni. I called and they said they could make me a new one but it would take 35 additional minutes making my overall wait over one hour and thirty minutes. I brought it back and they ended up refunding me for the pizza but easily worst service experience I’ve had in a while. I would NOT order from here when they have an active party.

It's a bar, that has pretty good food, especially the pizza. Monday is half price pizza, and Thursday is $1 Burgers.

Stopped in for lunch and had the pepperoni pizza, my friend had the deluxe pizza. The pizza was all right, but overall your average thin crust you'd get anywhere. My friend mentioned he didn't enjoy his deluxe.
We sat in the first room which was a bar area. It was pretty dark and there were people smoking at the bar which was not pleasant to be dining next to. Our server was a really nice lady who was attentive and took care of us.
Overall, I'm glad I tried Waterworks since we work in neighboring Brookfield, but I don't think I would come back.

We love you guys but tonight was bad. Way undercooked half sausage mush half cheese pizza. And this is the 3rd time you haven't given us sauce with our wings. My hubs mentioned it on the phone and you still forgot. We live a block away and order from you regularly. But something needs to give.
