My order was incorrect, and when I brought it to the manager’s attention, their response was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no apology or effort to resolve the issue. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a Wendy’s location. I am very disappointed and will not be returning.

Horrible customer service here. There Ai ordering system would not get my order right . I pulled up to the window and there were a minimum of eight people working inside standing around. The girl that opened the window was very smug. I explained that the order taker would not get my order right. She then BARKED at me you need to pull back around and place your order at the speaker.. There was no one behind me, plenty of time to accommodate me and take my order. . I said I would like to place an order with a human as the kiosk fake employee would not get my order right, She Barked back again we do not take orders at the window pull your car back around. I asked for a manger and she said she was the manger. I asked for her name and she said she would not give me her name. She then closed the window and refused to talk to me. Another girl then came to the window and I asked again to speak to a manger she said she was also a manger. I asked her for her name and she also said she would not give me her name. She then again repeated that they are not allowed to take a customers order at the window. Are yo kidding me. I have never been so offended in my life. I am in the customer service industry and this is not the way you treat customers. This place will not be open long with tis kind of treatment to the public. You need to keep your employees in check. A real manger would not allow someone to talk to me they way she did. Your loss i pulled right across the street to Burger king, a nice young man took my order over the microphone, i pulled up to the window and was greeted in a friendly manner. I will never go another Wendy's as long as I live. That's right those two young girls have cost you a customer for life. The saying hold true if you give poor service, that customer will tell everyone. And they have now made it my mission. I only wish there was a zero option for a rating because they are by no means a single star store.

Worst customer service possible! There is a valid reason for industries to use kiosk ordering. I prefer to talk to a human rather than order through a computer but the service here was lacking. The employees need to get their act together before they get replaced. Even a simple hello would be appreciated.

They forgot part of my order and acted like I was trying to pull one over on them by actually getting the food. No joke, 6 different workers looking at the order screen and then glaring at me? Bruh I just wanted my nuggets.

Good was lukewarm at best after one prison attempted to bag up to-go orders out for sat finished and waiting to be bagged as the staff on the back were on their phones. Luckily, one employed jumped in to assists bagging our order and gathering drinks

I have ordered few things, was never given a receipt, after driving away and actually looking in my bag I realized they did not give me one item I have ordered chicken sandwich. Without receipt in a bag I can't tell if they charged me for it( I bet they did, since it a robot taking orders, so no miss on order) obviously someone completing order forgot, intentionally or not. Not going to find out now, but will be looking now closely. The person at the window giving me my food it's s young man with glasses and long pony tail.

God I don’t like coming to this location. My little girl doesn’t like Wendy’s. Except for the frosty. So she asked for the Friday themed frosty. I ordered one for my wife and I saw the Carmel drizzle frosty so I asked for one. 15 minutes. 15 FREAKING MINUTES for 3 frosties. I had one car in front of me. This is the reason I don’t like coming here. Every time there’s something. It’s either slow, super slow, they forget something or something just didn’t taste good. Every time.

GET RID OF A.I ORDERING. I said no lettuce and no tomatoe.. it said it on the screen. Either someone can't read an order or the AI ordering is not working.
