The employees here are.. interesting… they don’t greet you when you enter. The conversation/language they use while making the orders is so inappropriate.. the location is convenient or I wouldn’t even bother and be prepared to be missing something or have something wrong if u do delivery lol

Omg, I received my order. I’m only 6 min away from there. Boneless wings were horrible and cold. Close this place gives a bad name to wing stop. Never had such bad food. Supposed to be lemon pepper it was salty no lemon. Season Fries were cold and dry only salt.

Food tasted excellent service was on par. Atmosphere, I mean, it's small and clean so no general complaints, but nothing that wows me.. the food maybe just left a little bit to be desired. Proportionwise, but maybe it's because I remember wings being bigger, I don't know, regardless really good

I walked into the lyons location on new years eve..... very Rude and unprofessional young lady at register she should be cleaning the bathroom instead of tending to customers she was a capital mega B word!!!! And that is a nice way to describe her

This place is horrible, wait time ridiculous. The wait time and workers not even making an effort to start or fill orders, food was warm not hot. And wheres the meat, all breading, come on just can't win with those place. They need better management and fire all the workers and get people that want to work and not stand around. Also they need to house keep better, clean floors and tables. You need a manger that wants this place to have better service and better quality of food and customer service. I will not be back here. I rather go to a competitors facility with better service, probably see servers working and not standing around

Call ahead. I called and got a 20 min pick up. Around 3pm. There was NO MEAT on the wings. Mostly breading. you walk in. No matter what. Your wait time is OVER AN HOUR. DO NOT WALK IN TO ORDER. So If there are multiple orders do not expect to come and sit down at any time.

Food is always great but waiting times ore ridiculous. Even for online orders. Unfortunately when you order online they tell you when you should arrive for your order to be “ready”. However the actually time it’s ready varies drastically. There should be a better system in place to communicate when we should arrive so customers aren’t in a rush to arrive, only to have to wait 45 minutes more because the supposed order pickup time wasn’t actually enough time. Online it says 25 minutes. I arrive and they say sorry it is a 1.5 hour wait. That throws a whole wrench in my timing.
