The owner is super sweet and so was the girl working, I love the loaded teas and the rotating seasonal menus, I’ve been going here for 5 years now and it’s a must at least once a week.

I really like level up and have been coming for 2 years however, today I had an incredibly rude employee that was helping us out. She was extremely rude to customers and her and her friend were rolling their eyes. She clearly did not want to work there. When I ordered and said thank you she rolled her eyes. One of the worst experiences of customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Not to mention, our açaí bowls were missing toppings we were told would be included on top. I believe she made them that way on purpose. Will rethink coming back here.

This was our first time here this past week. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t good, the girls commented to each other they didn’t want to make our drinks. Not very personable. But on a positive note. The drinks were amazing!

I went there, not knowing what I wanted other than something to boost my energy, she listened to me and helped me to figure out what to order. You're doing a wonderful job. And YES, I loved my drink.

If you’re ever need of some “boosted” energy, stop by Level Up Nutrition in Macomb and grab yourself a Boosted Tea! I love stopping by after a long day of teaching when I know I have a long night ahead of me and grabbing a tea for myself (& one for the mother, too)! If you’re looking for some recommendations… I love the Cactus Cooler or Crisp Refresher and my mom loves the Amaretto Stone Sweet (pictured on the right). But, I also love to have the worker(s) pick one for me, too (as I did with mine on the left that I cannot recall).

Friendly atmosphere! Nice to have some low cal drinks and shakes to choose from . Punch cards are also nice ! Gives you a chance to when a free drink after you have filled up your card ! Thank you Level Up !!!
