Food was good. Service was poor and didnt include sauces that I requested. Ordered and paid for a large order of jalepeno bites and received a small.

I was so impressed with my recent visit to Arby's in Macomb. I ordered chicken strips and curly fries and the both were hot and fresh. The lobby and kitchen was spotless and the staff members were all very friendly. Thank you!!
I stop at this Arby’s twice a month while traveling. It’s always spotless, hot fresh food, and extremely friendly staff!!!!

The atmosphere would be a five, but the attitude from the employees is horrible. Dealingwith the ladies at the front counter , but they give you attitude and never address you and walks around like she don't stink. She disrespects people and gives major attitude. I've had to leave there twice because of her. I don't know her name because there's no name badge on her. It's a shame because I've tried to get in there many times. You're not going to be able to pay wages if you're not getting the flow of people in there.

Never go here again. Rude service and served me sandwiches with the wrong ingredients because they were out. They knew my food would be wrong and did not tell me and after I drove back to the store they were rude to me when I asked for my money back.

William made my previous visit right (which wasn’t good), right, and we appreciate him reaching out and apologizing and making it up to us. That’s huge for a company to do that. Everyone makes mistakes and for someone to take the hit for someone else’s mistake shows what kind of manager and person William is. Thanks again.

They were Slow at get us our food. I asked for no tomatoes so it got handed back to the cook he removed it with having gloves on then got made because I wanted another sandwich
