Ordered carryout and I went to pickup about 20 mins after ordering and it was not ready. After waiting another 15-20 mins I finally got my order. Got home and mild wings I ordered were hot asf and no t edible. . When I called the store I was told I was basically full of it and sorry you're out of luck. What a joke and will be the last trip to this place. My money can go elsewhere.

When we got home we discovered that we were shorted part of our order. I called the restaurant and they did fulfill the missing items, unfortunately we live 15 miles away (one way) and had to make a second trip. ALWAYS double check your order!

I'm not sure if I'm just that "unlucky customer" or if this location really is as bad as it seems. I don't eat here often, but every time I do, there's a problem. It's to the point that when I order, and the inevitable problem happens, I really just blame myself for giving them another chance. Being hung up on was really the last straw though. I've been polite and understanding every single time, I know how food service goes, and I never want to be a bad customer or ruin someone's day. But this is obviously an ongoing issue for this location, so my family and I decided that we just won't be back. Note: dine-in has been fine, carryout is where they can't seem to get it together. We just don't dine-in often as it's loud and cold in there.

Our waiter was cool. I recommend their cheeseburger and mango Habanero wings with a side of Pepsi. Telling ya for 3, we paid $47.00, including tip. No joke about it. This place was really great. Especially for the $.

We went to BWW in macomb last night (sept 7th) with some new friends and were so nervous it would be awkward but we got an absolutely amazing server named Parker who off the bat gave amazing vibes out and we couldn't stop laughing with him!! We had a long day and wanted to go eat with some people we haven't hung out with before and he made all of us so much closer and he absolutely made our night!!!! Amazing server, amazing food, amazing place!! We all decided for our birthdays we will be back on a day he works just so we can get a good laugh!! Love to see a good server with a funny personality instead of someone who hates their job!!

The boneless wings are mediocre but what really upset me was the poor attention to detail and the rudeness of the management. The wait staff is, as always, superb at customer service but the manager at this location not only lied about the availability of certain items, then proceeded to try to gaslight us into taking the blame for the "miscommunication". We have been customers at this location for quite some time and never had any issues but this was unacceptable behavior from someone who is supposwd to represwnt this branch. Would give zero of five stars if it were possible.

Food was ok. To be honest 9/10 times I have better wings at a bar. The service was little slow. We had to wait for drinks just about every time we wanted another round. Probably will visit again as this is one of the only restaurants in town but really have no expectations of being blown away. This franchise actually amazes me that they do as well as they do. Rarely have a great experience-happy to not be disappointed.

Always a great experience. Tonight I went in and there was a lady in there berating the workers and told the manager he’d be out of a job by the end of the week. Instead of completely losing it on her he stayed respectful even with her acting like that.
