Lets start with we walk in. Everyone turns and looks at us, doesnt say a word. We walk up to the counter the guy standing there says oh you just want a seat? We say yes and go back to where we were standing waiting on him and the other waitress to be done filling what im guessing is the ice in the cooler. Then he finally grabs the menus takes us to a table. Sit the menus down and walks away. As we are looking through the waitress comes to take our drink order and says she will be back. She comes back with our drinks and asks if we know what we want. We then ask her if they are still doing bottomless appetizers she says yes for just another couple days so we say okay we want that. She didnt explain which appetizers were on this or not. We discuss which ones we want i mentioned i would like the onions over the pickles and she states the onions are not part of that deal, I say okay we will do the pickles and cheese curds. She didnt say anything else wrote it down and asked if we knew what we wanted for a meal we stated we did not. The rest of our meal went okay, besides the ungodly amount of money their food is set at 😣. We eat our appetizers and ask for a refill. She ignored our request for appetizer refill and said oh I need to go get your food in a minute and walked away. She finally brings our food and we again ask for a appetizers refill. She says okay and puts it in. We finally got our second tray of appetizers after we were done with our meals. So we ask for boxes and our check. (This part is my fault because i usually always look at the check and i didnt) We get up and go pay, my other is paying and i walk up behind and grab the check to look. She had charged us twice for the appetizers. I ask why are you charging us twice? She says oh the cheese curds arent bottomless. Why exactly would she not have mentioned that when she had mentioned prior that the onions were not part of that deal? We do not go to this place often because its not one of my favorite restaurants (there is just something about the atmosphere that i do not enjoy there, although the food always taste great and cooked well just not my cup of tea) but my other and son really wanted to go. But after this experience I definitely will not be back. $90 for 3 people because of a double charge of appetizers that were supposed to be bottomless so we thought.

My first impress shouldn't walking in was not very positive. Right when you walk in the door it smells heavily of raid insecticide. There are lots of flies at our booth we had to continue to swat away. The service was good although the traditional wings are so overcooked the bones were splintering and falling apart as I was trying to eat them. Unsafe to eat.
Although our server was pleasant and gave great service.

Ordered carryout and I went to pickup about 20 mins after ordering and it was not ready. After waiting another 15-20 mins I finally got my order. Got home and mild wings I ordered were hot asf and no t edible. . When I called the store I was told I was basically full of it and sorry you're out of luck. What a joke and will be the last trip to this place. My money can go elsewhere.

Our server, Parker, was wonderful! Prices were a bit high and I had the dryest traditional wings I've ever experienced, I was honestly astounded because I've never seen anything like it😅 Dinner for 2 was 50$ plus a $10 tip. Unfortunately I couldn't eat my food. Womp womp. In and out in under in hour, take that as you will.
The music was so loud we asked for a different table in hopes we could get away from loud speakers as we couldn't carry a normal conversation. It appeared that the waitress seemed upset even tho we didn't order yet. Next, we went for the special , spend so much then you get free boneless chicken wings. The waitress assisted in this. When we went to handle the bill, she came back and told us we didn't spend enough to qualify for the free wings even tho she confirmed the order with her.The waitress told us the beer was not included as food total for the free wings we ordered. The menu or the waitress did not tell us this. The manager came upon request to talk of the discrepancy as the menu or waitress didn't tell us that the cost of the beer did not qualify us to get the free wings that the spend so much get a free boneless wings. We pointed out to the manager that waitress did not inform us nor did the menu tell us the cost of beer was not included to qualify for the free wings Manager took our bill and told us to leave. We went to the parking lot and I asked my partner if he paid? He said no. I told him to go back and pay. He went back in to pay and the manager would not let him pay and told him to never come back! We went there almost every other day and spent usually 50.00 dollars each time. Now we can't go back?

When we got home we discovered that we were shorted part of our order. I called the restaurant and they did fulfill the missing items, unfortunately we live 15 miles away (one way) and had to make a second trip. ALWAYS double check your order!

I'm not sure if I'm just that "unlucky customer" or if this location really is as bad as it seems. I don't eat here often, but every time I do, there's a problem. It's to the point that when I order, and the inevitable problem happens, I really just blame myself for giving them another chance. Being hung up on was really the last straw though. I've been polite and understanding every single time, I know how food service goes, and I never want to be a bad customer or ruin someone's day. But this is obviously an ongoing issue for this location, so my family and I decided that we just won't be back. Note: dine-in has been fine, carryout is where they can't seem to get it together. We just don't dine-in often as it's loud and cold in there.
