When I got to the store it took about 20 minutes for them to get my mobile order bagged and they still forgot my chocolate sauce. Also I came in with some friends to place to go orders and it took so long for a worker to come to take there order that they left.

You wait forever to receive your food here minimum 25 minutes is the average. Not fast food at all anymore. Employees do stand around. Everyone is polite here but I'm thinking I'm going to start going some other place. I even asked for extra tomato and got charged for it and never even got the extra tomato.

Place is clean. Food’s good (if they have it - who doesn’t have fries???). Workers in the night time are bad, though. Completely unhelpful even when asking for something they didn’t have. No refund, no substitution item, untalkative, unbothered, and unhelpful. In an objective manner - useless and poor workers to have. I love BK, but wont return to this location. No refund is insane, especially when I’m being reasonable in my request.

If you want burger king don't use the app. I try to order a shake every time I go and they never have it but if you order through the app they can not refund you in person but through the app and after awhile they stop and steal your money. I wish if they were out of stock on something the app would automatically not even let you place the order. Instead they rather steal your $$$.
Received our food in the drive thru. The lady was so nice. She noticed the worker put lettuce on my husbands sandwich and had him remake it as I had asked for no lettuce. Well, on the sandwich he remade, my husband bit into his sandwich to find this sticker. This is absolutely disgusting.

The food is good and at a really good price! My kids love it there. The crayons and coloring pages they put out for the kids is a amazing idea. Very friendly, and they also hang your kid's drawings up on the walls.
