Three of our four burgers were ice cold. There was one other customer eating in the dining room and one car in drive-thru. Guy running the cashier with super friendly, but it doesn't matter if your food sucks.

I don’t think Macomb BK always gets a fair review. They were hard at it over the lunch hour. Service was friendly, the wait was under 10 mins and the food was hot and tasty! ??

Literally ordered a #1 The whooper meal. And they give me a chicken sandwich..... how? Then it's just a piece of chicken and a bun no cheese or anything at all.

Ordered online at 8:17am, arrived at 8:45 to pick up food and still had to wait until 9:09 to get order. Not the first time this has happened. I'm. It sure what the process is when you order online, but sure doesn't seem to work.

Today's whopper was cold, but when isn't it? Mayo added when I asked for no mayo. The beef was a bit raw. The fries were not hot and sure didn't look to be large. The staff is polite and do the best they can. It is the corporation itself that isn't on it. The corporation should ensure a better quality of food and that it is warm. Doesn't anyone there check for quality? I suppose not, after all, this is Macomb.

I don't know what has happened to Burger King, but they have gone downhill. Burger today was cold( I have yet to manage to get a warm one ). Fries smaller than the large ones should be. Beef was half raw. It just isn't worth the money

Burger King has gone downhill along with the majority of fast food places. My whopper today was cold, , and the hamburger patty was half raw. I asked for no mayo, yet they put it on anyway. My fries did not look like a large and had an onion ring in the fries. I cringe to think of what really happens to people's orders . The price climbs but the food is on the down.

They were small but charged me for a large. I asked for no mayo but got mayo anyway. I used to love Burger King, but since I moved to this area, I have yet to find a fast food place that was worth the money. Did I mention that the hamburger patty was half raw?
