The lady got upset that I didn't want to sit at the bar right of the bat. Then I waited 8 minutes (Yes I know it was 8) and no one came by to even ask for my drink order. The place was about 1/4 full ago not busy. Another girl helped seat 3 new parties that came in and ignored me when I tried to get her attention. I knew what I wanted when I got there so I want looking at the menu like I needed more time. Rude all the way around. With the way the roads and weather are right now good think they'd appreciate customers right now. Service like this is why the ma and pa business is failing.

My family planned a reunion lunch today with others from out of town. When we arrived at 1120 am on Saturday we asked for a table that seated six. The hostess said it would be a 10-15 minute wait. We then asked to sit at the bar to wait while our table was being cleaned. There were apparently 8-10 bar stools available. The hostess said that the manager “Dave” told him we could not sit at the bar unless we were going to eat at the bar. We offered to buy drinks while we wait but the manager told the hostess, no. If we sat at the bar we had to eat there. My sister in law needs a Cain for mobility. I believe it was unreasonable for the management not to allow us or at least my sister-in-law to sit at the bar while the table was being cleaned. And again, we were willing to make a purchase for the “privilege” to allow her a chance to sit. Chicks showed very poor customer service to our family and absolutely no common courtesy. We would recommend that you patronize other establishments in McComb IL.

Wish I'd have read the 1 star reviews before eating here. Pizza was flavorless and tasted like Jacks pizza crust. Batter tasted stale on Portobellos. The soup was served to us not even warm. Our waitress was pretty young and she wasn't rude necessarily but needs to scan the customers table and see what they need next, not ask us what we need when it is obvious we are done eating. I encountered a lot of Gen Z with that attitude in Macomb on my short stay here. They didn't even have parmesan cheese for their pizza. Sad because this town doesn't have a lot of good options.

Excellent place to grab a bite and a drink. We came into town to checkout Macombopoly and do some shopping; this was the perfect place to grab lunch before heading out! Big portions at good prices with friendly staff.
Highly recommended. Thanks for sitting our 11 person group tonight. Greet strawberry cheesecake as well.

We ate at bar, seemed that regulars were attended to right away and we were skipped over. I ordered portbella mushroom sandwich. Mushroom needed seasoning I mention that to the waitress, tell the chef.
