Most of our rice was undercooked. All the food we ordered was cold not even room temperature. The chips were stale and the queso was clumping just as I had opened it

You need to be on top of telling them exactly how you want it. They do not ask you questions guiding you to have the best experience. I have been here twice. Both times where š bad. The food is always at the bottom of the pain. Almost out. I am very unhappy with this place.this will be my last time if I'm paying for it.

I was sick for three days after eating there last Thursday evening. The first day I got sick 4 times with bad heartburn and the other two days I had really bad heartburn as well. Iāve never had a bad experience til then.

I am visiting my hometown in Macomb, Illinois. I live in California, presently, and go to Chipotle at least once a week back in CA. When I entered the Macomb location, I started to order my salad and saw there was no white rice. (It was right around 6pm). So I saw a prep cook was just putting more in a container I assumed would be added to the line. So I said I could wait for fresh rice. I was told that rice was for online orders and I couldnāt have any. I questioned that. No one but me was in line. The line person was very rude.She slammed down my salad and rolled my eyes when I questioned their policy. I usually get extra rice. The line worker got a manager and the manager said the store and ācorporateā didnāt order enough rice and he had to save it for online orders. It was pretty early in the evening. I asked to please just give me one scoop. They reluctantly did. The manager said ādonāt ever expect that againā. I was shocked. I asked if I went outside and ordered my salad if I could get more rice. They said yes. I found it very unusual to be treated like that as a customer standing in front of workers. I go to Chipotle because your food is fresh and higher quality than most places. I wonāt go back to the Macomb location. That store just isnāt up to standard.

Iām leaving this review hoping someone in management checks these. Today was my second time at this location (Iām a huge chipotle fan and have eaten at many locations across the country ). Today they didnāt have lettuce because it āwasnāt to tempā. While frustrating, Iāll survive. I got home and dug in to find for now the second time the chips are chewy/stale and not edible. This happened the first time we went, but I chalked it up to recently opening and working out the kinks. The chips are a huge part of how I eat my meal. So I now had to supply my own lettuce and chips (even though I purchased a large).
I sincerely hope they can get it together before yet another restaurant dies in this town.

First time and last time customer. I ordered on the app. I did not receive my free guac. The food upset my stomach horribly. I have never been that sick from eating at a restaurant. I have heard of several others having the same experience. I'll go support our local Mexican place from now on because this place was a disappointment.

The place is fine, all the low reviews are from opening week where they were just swamped with people. Now that they aren't swamped the service time is great and they aren't having supply issues.

First the lady working had a attitude and acted like she didnt want to be there. Out of half the things I wanted. Then I couldn't even it it was so disgusting and gross. Took it home to feed the raccoons.

Everything was great but when I ordered a bowl it wasnt filled to the top like every other Chipotle Ive been to. I dont exoect it to be packed full however it should be to the edge of the rim at least. Overall good food, great place and good service.
