No one took our order, then after ordering the wrong item from the automated screen, no one knew how to ring up the actually item requested. I have ordered this same item from other dunkin stores, and they even told me it was possible. All very incompetent.

Probably one of the better Dunkin’s. I love the workers (y’all rock!) and they rarely mess up my orders (I’ve only had one coffee made wrong in my dozens of orders, and I’ve never been given battery acid coffee here which is always a win).

I was excited for a Dunkin’ Donuts to open in my hometown in Macomb Illinois. However, I will no longer be Spending $ at Dunkin’ Donuts for one reason. EVERY single time I go to this location and try to order certified food items and smoothies they give me some excuse on why they don’t have it in stock. This has been going on for THREE YEARS . If your menu advertises Something for sale why would you not keep that item in stock????

If I could give less than a 1 star review I would! I have NEVER received good service. Sunday morning we went through the drive at 9 am. They forgot part of the order. We drove around and went in, and met with attitude. Rude staff. They got nasty, so we got nasty back. Girl said she did not have to wait on us. First of all, you got our order wrong at the drive. You ALREADY had our money. Hateful staff.

The service here is excellent—particularly the folks who work the drive-through window. No matter how busy it gets, they stay calm and take the time to tell me to have a good day, exchange pleasantries, and generally help me to feel like a human. (Please note that I DO NOT THINK that this is the job of service workers. They have a thousand things to do at any given moment, so it’s extra special when they can spare a second to talk about glow-in-the-dark nail polish.) I know it’s only fast food, but at this particular Dunkin’, it’s also an incredible comfort. Thank you. <3

It was pretty good and well kept. The food was good I got the hashbrowns the had a good flavor and were crispy. I went in and the employees were very nice. It has seating options if you want to dine in. I also got a glased donut it was very good with nice and dense dought the glase on it gave it a nice sweetness. The hashbrowns do tase good with ketchup. Overall I would come again.
