The service here is excellent—particularly the folks who work the drive-through window. No matter how busy it gets, they stay calm and take the time to tell me to have a good day, exchange pleasantries, and generally help me to feel like a human. (Please note that I DO NOT THINK that this is the job of service workers. They have a thousand things to do at any given moment, so it’s extra special when they can spare a second to talk about glow-in-the-dark nail polish.) I know it’s only fast food, but at this particular Dunkin’, it’s also an incredible comfort. Thank you. <3

It was pretty good and well kept. The food was good I got the hashbrowns the had a good flavor and were crispy. I went in and the employees were very nice. It has seating options if you want to dine in. I also got a glased donut it was very good with nice and dense dought the glase on it gave it a nice sweetness. The hashbrowns do tase good with ketchup. Overall I would come again.

The service was excellent, and my sundae (2 scoops in a cup) was prepared perfectly with whipped topping, nuts and a cherry on top! The only disappointing this is that they have banana splits on the menu, but I couldn't get it because they didn't have bananas. 😞

6:40 am on a Sunday, there needs to be more than one worker. My friend and I got in line, there were two cars in front of us. There was only one person to take orders, make coffee, and make food. I'm not blaming this worker, the managers should have scheduled at least one other person. We were sitting at the window for a few minutes and were never greeted, and we had to leave without getting anything from our order and without paying because it was taking so long and I almost missed my train.

I bought cheese strawberry milk shake and guys only prepared a strawberry milkshake for me so I had to pull it away. i didn't like it but their customer relation was good

Worst donuts I have ever had. Ordered glazed donut holes, tasted like a piece of white bread and priced at double compared to any other donut shop i get them. Ordered blue berry donut: comes plain without icing or glaze ( ? Or sugar in batter)... I can only assume they ran out of sugar and just made products away. Never going to any "dunkin" again.
I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on sourdough. The bacon was under cooked, bread was soggy and not toasted. Absolutely no flavor in this sandwich. The hash browns were disappointing. Got maybe 5 tiny ones that wet overcooked and soaked in grease. Had a bad after taste. The coffee I got tasted watered down. Highly disappointed.

HORRIBLE!!! -0 WAS REFUSED WINDOW SERVICE. STORM, RAIN, prevented me 80 yo., from hearing a weak voice from the speaker. My 90 yo friend wanted a waffle cone. Told the MANAGER who was at the window she wanted to know what flavors in chocolate had nuts.RUDE!?!?!? WOW "WE DON'T DON'T TAKE ORDERS AT THE WINDOW! YOU HAVE TO...etc"I have health issues that makes doing things difficult at times, such as going inside to order when it's possible to order from outside. A simple cone order turned into A POLICE CALL, DISORDERLY CONDUCT $100 + NO TRESSPASS ON DUNKIN DONUT PROPERTY.HER??? WHAT? OWNER OF DUNKIN BASKIN? WHERE?

I saw a review from today about a woman who wanted a "stirred macchiato." i saw the whole thing, she was extremely specific about getting a macchiato and they gave her a macchiato, she said she wanted it stirred, which the clerk went to go stir it, he told her "oh that would be a latte", to which the woman responded by immediately screaming through the window and cussing at the employees, to the point where the managers refunded her money and told her to leave, she started banging on the windows and screaming in the drive through. The manager yelled she was going to call the police, at which point the angry woman sped off out the drive through, where customers that were outside the building looked like they were screaming at her, probably screaming at her from the way she was driving. But the woman started screaming about the macchiato again before driving off.Anyways, i kind of expected she'd leave a bad review with a skewed story, which she did. So here is how it actually happened, she was extremely rude to the staff and got banned from the store.It was pretty fun to watch.
