I ordered the roast beef cheddar. They put so much horseradish on it that I could stand it. I had to scrape off the horseradish the lettuce, the tomato completely ruining the sandwich. This is the second time I've been there both times. I was unhappy. Making a stressful bad day, even worse.

Always waiting long periods of time for pick up while the employees cuss and yell while making my sandwich. This last time I watched saliva fly from their mouths all over my food. I counted multiple times they stopped making my sandwich to talk to each other and throw bread and food at each other. Never going back.

0 stars if i could. You can't ever order delivery from this macomb location. It says out for delivery online for almost an hour then the tracker will disappear, and no this is not a one time occurrence. This is literally every time I've tried to get delivery from this specific Jimmy John's in the past year. The cherry on top is I don't live but a few blocks from the actual store.

Jimi Johns here has good food, but there is a female manager there that talks to employees a little sideways. She needs to be CHECKED. There is no need to talk with disrespect. Learn how to manage. I can see why employee turnover is high
Jimmy John's never disappoints. We always order delivery and it arrives within a reasonable time. The Ultimate Porker is my husbands favorite. Mine is a toss up between the Giant Slim Tuna and the Hunter's Club. The kids favorites are The Pepe, Turkey Slim, and the Bootlegger Club. Our order is always correct and all the ingredients are always fresh! Keep doing what you do! ??

Pretty upset with Jimmy John's. Had a luncheon at work and they delivered this lettuce. Called them immediately and they said they would bring more. It's been over an hour now and still nothing from them. I always love jimmy John's but after this, not sure how much more I'll order from them.

Biggest complaint is, a few hours later I woke up with the stomach ache in the world, the bathroom has been my best friend, I haven’t been able to eat anything for 2 days. Just small sips of water. I had that Cajun chicken sandwich , and I will never eat that again.
