Ordered ahead at 9 pm an hour before they closed and when I came I was rudely asked why I was there instead of greeted they left my Mac and cheese out of my order and when I came back the lady already knew and said they didn’t have any as if she was just gonna let it fly and not tell me very low quality service the entire interaction

After 3 straight times of putting the wrong pieces of chicken in my order I decided to write a review. It’s a guarantee that your order will be wrong and employees will be rude. It’s on me that I thought it would get better.

This was by far the worst experience I've ever had at a KFC. Or any restaurant as far as that goes. I don't even think this deserves 1 star. The restroom was absolutely disgusting and the rest of the restaurant wasn't much better. Ordered a chicken tender combo and was told it would be 10 minutes before it would be out. There was no ice in the fountain and it took forever for someone to put more in. Then the machine didn't even seem to be working right. When it was approaching 30 minutes after I ordered I just went up to get a refund because I wasn't going to waste anymore time there. Then waited several more minutes before I was even acknowledged and had to wait even to for the refund. The worker who gave me the refund was extremely rude. Didn't even apologize for the wait or anything and then practically threw the money back at me as if it was their own money. It sounded like the other customers were having to wait a long time also when the place wasn't even that busy. I just went to another restaurant which I should've done in the first place. Won't be going back here anymore.

I always dine in. There's never a clean table in the lobby, no matter what time of day you go. When you walk in every employee is sitting on their phone behind the counter and it's very awkward. No one greets you as you walk in or out. All the employees seem very upset that you came there to eat, And it's like that every time I've been. The amount of flies is astounding. But I like the chicken as long as I don't look too hard behind the counter where they've cooked it?

I am not going to rate anything I this place last time went with my son actually was my second time to give it a try again first time was the same it was couple years ago but this time the lady at the register was talking us loud and rude and no respect at all and I said thank you to her and she didnt even say nothing back we felt some racist attitude on her and I say this because after me another white lady came and order and treated her nice and even say your welcome back to her …also food was horrible and was raw as well even my son order a Mac n cheese and it wasn’t fresh they gave him the bottom part of the pan that got stuck and burn and nasty definitely not going there anymore. sad part I waisted money and food

The chicken breasts are more like the size of thighs. Six bites of meat in one breast. A tad greasy not juicy at all.
Did a pick up order through the drive-thru in Macomb Illinois and they even put my hot french fries in the same bag as the cold coleslaw. If I had not wanted my fries immediately They would have been ruined and I would have had to toss them out.
I will not go back to this particular KFC again.

The KFC's in Springfield are ALL terrible so I was pleasantly surprised that this 1 was so good. Our whole family loves it. The food has been delicious every time. Sometimes service is a bit underwhelming but I don't care as long as the food stays so freaking good.

I mistakenly got the wrong items in the drive through! I came all the way back. I expected a potentially tough time (given other situations at places in Macomb *cough* Burger King), but they were super cool about it and got me exactly what I ordered under a minute. They even said I could keep what I already had and that they can’t take it back. I was going to write a gnarly review, but I came out happy. I would return. If they had been difficult, I wouldn’t return. Good workers! Nice lady and big fella helped a lot.

My last experience here was the worse I had at a fast food. We spent 45 mins waiting on our food, about 30 mins into the wait I asked about our food and they said it would be another 15 minutes, that they are just now putting the food in.. when we order they said it would only take 15 minutes. They completely forgot our order. Than none of them apologized for how long we had to wait.. Also after asking about my food, one of the employees went in the back and said I was complaining a bunch and I could hear them. Very rude and not friendly..
