The KFC's in Springfield are ALL terrible so I was pleasantly surprised that this 1 was so good. Our whole family loves it. The food has been delicious every time. Sometimes service is a bit underwhelming but I don't care as long as the food stays so freaking good.

I mistakenly got the wrong items in the drive through! I came all the way back. I expected a potentially tough time (given other situations at places in Macomb *cough* Burger King), but they were super cool about it and got me exactly what I ordered under a minute. They even said I could keep what I already had and that they can’t take it back. I was going to write a gnarly review, but I came out happy. I would return. If they had been difficult, I wouldn’t return. Good workers!...

Drive-thru experienceI have always received excellent customer service when visiting this KFC drive through. The employees are friendly and courteous. My orders have always been correct and the food hot, fresh, and delicious. Thank you to the employees of the Macomb IL for providing a great customer experience!! Keep up the great work!
