Was with a group of 20 on Friday the 18 had reservations sat in a room by itself I had an omelette wasn’t hot my husband ordered Turkey meal it wasn’t hot he sent it back I don’t think they left it in the microwave long enough it still wasn’t hot he just ate it Waitress had tables in the other room was okay

All of our food came out in less than five minutes. Not even enough time to cook the food. You can tell the food was microwaved. It was cold in the middle but the plate and bottom of the food was hot. I also got a chocolate chip pancake that had almost no chocolate chips in it. I took four bites and still didn’t have any chocolate chips in it. When I let our waitress know she flipped over the pancake with her bare hands and argued that you could see the chocolate chips in it. It’s a shame. Food used to be good at the old location but since they moved it has been awful.

Not happy with server Jeannie. While I was paying our bill she was speaking about my client to another customer. She stated he was crazy and he’s actually handicapped. This upset him greatly and I’m not sure he will return to eat here. I’m upset I paid a tip to this person and I don’t think she deserved it.
Came from Quincy. Wanted to try a new place came and was packed had to wait an hour but I'd say it was definitely worth it!! Food was amazing, staff was awesome. I see why they're packed! Very good! Lots of options.

Been there a few times, tend to love their food and the various options they have. Currently they do offer breakfast all day. Their food is good, service is good, coffee is good. The establishment is kept clean. Will be going back more frequently!
Onion straws were soggy , full of greaseSteam burger ( like a maidrite) was EXTREMELY peppery. 7 in our party, 3 ordered it could not eat it. Hashbrowns were ordered with no onion..they were full of onion. Mushroom burger was served pink. Struggled to get drinks refilled.I think they should go back to their old location we didn't have any problems there.

Order a meal for pick up and the skillet I ordered had only one small scrambled egg on it and was missing toast. The prices also don’t match what is online. The quality seems to be lacking from past experiences.
