Try to ordering online but you can't pay with a debit card. You could only pay with Apple pay, Google pay, or PayPal? They also got rid of their drive-thru window. I'm guessing this place won't be in business much longer I don't know. Went to Burger King instead

First time at McAlister's and the customer service was really great. They were patient and kind and the atmosphere was good. Very clean and the sweet tea was awesome! Will be moving to town soon, so we are looking forward to returning again for some lunch!

Went through the drive through and they didn’t respond so I drove up to the window and they finally noticed me. She apologized for not having her headset on. She took my order and then apologized again. The order was correct. The food was not as good as previous visits. Things seem to be in decline there.
