First time at McAlister's and the customer service was really great. They were patient and kind and the atmosphere was good. Very clean and the sweet tea was awesome! Will be moving to town soon, so we are looking forward to returning again for some lunch!

Went through the drive through and they didn’t respond so I drove up to the window and they finally noticed me. She apologized for not having her headset on. She took my order and then apologized again. The order was correct. The food was not as good as previous visits. Things seem to be in decline there.

This place is my favorite! If I could eat here everyday I would could I love there McAlister club and the mac and cheese and there lemonade is so good:) I give there restaurant 10/10
