Every single time I order nuggets it's like they can't count... Usually it's only 4, you can see if there's only 3 in that tiny box. Don't expect hot fries either. I just want my late night munchies and they gotta ruin it>:(

It's fast food I'll give it that, but my meal was pretty good. My only complaint was that they put to much pepper on my burger. But in my opinion this was a good meal. They gave me napkins about 4. Might come again.

Drive thru sucks. I consider myself a regular customer and it never fails that drive thru is always slow and half the time doesn't get the order right. I spent 18 mins in line at thru to be told they are waiting on my nuggets and I have to park around the drive thru corner and wait. So much for fast food.

I would recommend going to the McDonald's on the East side of town. This McDonald's (I'll call McDonald's West) is not the recommended McDonald's to go to here in town.
Not only is this McDonald's noticably slower in all phases of your order process, but I hate getting pulled up for small orders when there is no one else behind me. That tells me that they are likely not doing what they are supposed to be doing back there and they don't want people to see or behind the counter is a mess. Overall, I do not recommend McDonald's West. Go to McDonald's East instead.

Don't go to this McDonald's. I had a soft spot for this McDonald's because it was the first place my wife and I went out to eat together after we started dating, and back then 5 years ago it was already hit and miss. Nowadays, though, it is always a complete miss. The food is always cold, wait times are almost always excruciating, especially when you go inside, and the lobby/ dining area itself looks like it's only cleaned once every few days. Today was the final straw, and Im never returning and making sure anyone else who talks about the Mcaomb McDonald's knows that this location is the worst. When I got a burger and it was cold, like actually cold like they had it in the fridge, it tasted awful, and I even found a nice long hair in it. Later on, I felt sick, nausea was awful, and my intestines were fighting a very bloody war with this food. I know the bar for McDs is on the ground, but this location seemingly went out of their way to not just get a shovel to put the bar even lower, but they brought in an excavator to do their best to be the worst McDonald's. The workers today were pleasant and I don't want to write this review, but I've given this place too many chances because of my memories here. Never again.

How does this place stay in business? .I try to avoid this place as much as possible because the service is so bad. They never get the order right and you usually wait longer than a sit down restaurant. Today they didn't include chicken McNuggets in a McNuggets happy meal. How does that happen?

I do understand a lot of the workers are younger kids so I try not to expect too much out of them but the nighttime managers do not care. They close early and are extremely rude and make you not wanna even go there daytime is always way better and consistent. they just need some leadership at night

Went here last night and the service was horrendous. We had to order using the kiosk which wasn’t a problem. There was absolutely no one behind the register or anywhere to be seen. It took an hour to get our food. After 20 minutes when we finally found someone who works there, we asked about our food. We were told that they were bagging it up several times and we were given several different reasons why it was taking so long. When we finally got our food the fries were close to being burnt and tasted terrible. The dining room was sticky and dirty and the women’s bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The stalls were covered in who knows what. There was trash all over the floor and one of the toilets was filled with toilet paper and had chapstick in it. There was no hand wash and the hand sanitizer was also completely empty. We will be going to the other one from now on. The management here needs to step up and do their jobs.
