Arrived at the drive thru at 1029am ordered 4 double cheese burgers. Tell me why they werent even hot when we were the 1st in line for lunch. If im paying for service from a business id expect it to be top notice that why im paying my hard earned money there.
I also had other horrible experience here with rude staff in the drive thru when having an issue with an order placed through the app. The other McDonald's on the other side of town i haven't had problems with.

I take my 3 year old grandson here for lunch. We both love the chicken nuggets and fries. We also appreciate the helpful and friendly staff. Can't go wrong with McDonalds!

Everything was great, they actually honor the kiosk, and bring the food to your table, I was really amazed at such.
The food was great I got the adult minecraft meal but we had to wait SO long.

Most of the employees here are great. They are very kind and understanding, but there is one night time manager who is consistently high out of her mind every time I come in. She looks like she's about to pass out at any moment. She's also always yelling at her employees. No other manager I've seen here treats their employees like this. She needs to go.

Hands down the best McDonald's in town. The bad news? Everyone knows that. The line queue can get pretty long no matter if you are inside or in the drive-thru. Because of that, I've skipped going to the location several times when I took a look at the line. Because of that, I simply can not give a five star review. Overall, I do recommend this McDonald's (McDonald's East) over the other one in town ( McDonald's West).
