I ordered a hot latte made with coconut milk. It was not. I drank about half when I realized it was not coconut milk. I am allergic to milk and soy. Within an hour I was so sick.

I never have a problem when I go to Starbucks with them getting my order right today order vanilla, sweet cream foam and they didn’t give it to me and the coworker argued with me. I’ve worked in the food service business since I was 16 I’ve been assistant manager, and you never argue with a customer if it wasn’t right, you go you remake it so now I’m not gonna come back to this establishment to order a drink until they can get it corrected or somebody reaches out to me and apologize to me to the way that the Coworker argued with me.

I am a Starbucks everyday person. Meaning I go to Starbucks EVERYDAY have since 2015. I have been to MANY Starbucks from IL to every state East and South East of it. The coffee quality at this location is very dependent upon who is on bar when you order. The hot drinks are hardly filled with the proper 1/4” room. The flavors are either overbearing or non-existent. I wouldn’t waste my time or money. Just go to Hy-Vee, Dunkin or Sullivan Taylor’s.**For the store manager**I have 17 years of Customer Service experience along with my Bachelors in Business Admin. I have NEVER been treated the way I get treated when I come in to this location. Specifically by the employee with the nickname name “EJ”. She is very passive aggressive and snarky. From talking with my friends, I am not the only one. Today was the limit for me. After dealing with her multiple times and none of them being pleasant, today was it. I will not be returning and will continue to state my point of view as a paying customer should NOT be approached with snark and passive aggressive body language and eye lash fluttering. I have contacted corporate as well to ensure you are more than aware of this employees behavior so I assume you will get the details from them in lieu of me posting it publicly.

mobile order ended up getting a little confused and my drink was slightly wrong, contacted the store and the manager, i believe his name was juwan said he'd happily remake it next time i come in, next time i came in he wasnt even there but the employees helped me out without question, super friendly across the board for both visits :)
They never add enough flavor (pumps) every time I come in I have to ask for extra pumps of vanilla. I always order vanilla latte or caramel macchiato and they always miss flavor and sweetness

I got a venti Carmel Frappuccino and almost the bottom half of my cup was nothing but whipped topping. They literally ripped me off.
