Until the drive through is fixed I won't be coming back. Inefficient to have to order at the window with no menu. The drive through menu has been broken for months, just wanted to verify you are loosing business

As a person of color I absolutely love coming to this subway in Macomb Illinois. So many different backgrounds here and it feels like home.
The food is always on point and Megan and Hannah are always top level. Thank you for being a local favorite to eat ✊🏾🙌🏾🫶🏾

Meghan was super rude and racist , this is both disappointing and degrading with her, Macomb is not the place I expected to be treated like this for being a person of color I hope the manager take's look into her behavior and takes action accordingly

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred on April 14, 2025, at approximately 1:35 PM at your location. My wife and I visited the restaurant, hoping for a pleasant lunch, but the service we received was far from acceptable.The server, Meghan, treated us with disrespect. Despite there being no other customers, she rushed our order and gave us dismissive, rude treatment. Specifically, we requested that our eggs and bread be toasted separately—not out of dietary preference, but to ensure that both were cooked thoroughly. When I politely asked for this clarification, her response was curt and unhelpful. Furthermore, during my brief attempt to address the issue, I noticed that she was conversing amicably with white older ladies in the store, which strongly suggested a differential, discriminatory attitude toward us as people of color.This experience left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome, and we were forced to leave and eat in our car. I firmly believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of their background.I respectfully request that you review this incident, address the behavior of the involved staff member, and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customer is subjected to such treatment.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I’m not sure if this Indian women is a worker or what but she is usually there sitting in the lobby or behind the counter and she is very loud and obnoxious. If she is a GM or manager/worker she is not a very good one. She is very lazy and does nothing but scream at everybody in there.

Just went here before close got a teriyaki bowl got home chicken wasn't even cooked called the girl was rude didn't even offer a free 1 said chicken is precooked so you will be find told her who wants to eat cold chicken an cheese wasn't melted an she said il be fine ok no business skills there deserves to be fired obviously not good with public I run a kitchen an been a manager so I no this is not proper business I would want on my team.

The lady was making our sandwiches when a large fly landed on one and was walking around on it,I said something and they shoed the fly away and kept making the sandwich.very nasty.....will never go back.Also my bacon chicken avocado wrap had no Avocado on it.

Great service! I called ahead-just 30 minutes before-I needed a large catering order. The person on the other end was so helpful and positive. I came 15 minutes later and they were working so hard to get it to me quickly. A+++

Went through ordered 2 sandwiches they messed both of them up, when I got home and noticed(I do not live in town) I tried called for 20 min and couldn't get through finally when I did get through they said bring them back and we'll remake them I explained I didn't live in Macomb and I wasn't able to turn around come.rihht back they repeated again If I just bring them right back in they would remake.them. again I repeatwe I wasnt able to do that they said well were sorry and hung up. RUDE
