Drove 30 minutes here on two different occasions in the same week, each time they closed 2 hours early and were still inside the building and watched us pull up to the drive through. I get possibly closing 30 minutes early if you’re not busy but 2 hours early both times and not answering the phone to even confirm that you closed early is just crazy to me. What if someone ordered on the app because you were supposed to be open and then they go to get there food and they’ve already paid for it and you guys are closed. Workers are lazy here, and not to mention they never have anything in stock. I’m officially done with this location.

It's obvious this location is going down hill fast
The last 3 or 4 times I've went nothing has been exactly what I asked for but close enough but this most recent time the crispy chicken taco I got looked like someone had just squeezed it full force after wrapping it, the chalupa I had asked for no tomatoes or sour cream on seemed to have extra of both, the dipping burritos had no sauce and I asked for Baja blast zero with no ice and I got regular Baja blast with ice

Food was made so sloppy, no tomatoes on my Mexican pizza, sauce looks like it was splattered on, the hubby ordered nachos and there was about 1 teaspoon of cheese sauce in the little cup. Yeah, don’t go here.

I always ask for extra beef in my crunch wrap and I never get it. It’s like when I ask for extra and pay for extra they put less in it hate to see what the regular looks like. Guy takes the order smells like body odor. Leaned out the window and deep breathed right in my face. Not sure I’ll come back again. Canton Taco Bell is better.
I ordered a Crunchwrap with extra meat and got a salad Crunchwrap instead. I also asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. I barely had any meat on the Doritos locos taco I got too. Very unsatisfied and it’s my first time eating at this location. I also got a grilled cheese burrito and the cheese wasn’t melted and the meat and rice was dry. Overall poor experience at this location.

Gave us the complete wrong order kept telling us they couldn’t hear us at the drive thru when we were practically yelling then we ordered a Baja blast and Mountain Dew and sweet tea and the sweet tea had no ice and tasted old and sour. Usually this is a decent place but it was not today. It’s like the cashier window person didn’t have her head set on correctly or even turned up or kept shutting us off. It was quite an irritating experience.
