I ordered a Crunchwrap with extra meat and got a salad Crunchwrap instead. I also asked for no tomatoes and got tomatoes. I barely had any meat on the Doritos locos taco I got too. Very unsatisfied and it’s my first time eating at this location. I also got a grilled cheese burrito and the cheese wasn’t melted and the meat and rice was dry. Overall poor experience at this location.

Gave us the complete wrong order kept telling us they couldn’t hear us at the drive thru when we were practically yelling then we ordered a Baja blast and Mountain Dew and sweet tea and the sweet tea had no ice and tasted old and sour. Usually this is a decent place but it was not today. It’s like the cashier window person didn’t have her head set on correctly or even turned up or kept shutting us off. It was quite an irritating experience.

Seriously the worst Taco Bell. Twice we have ordered online. Nothing crazy- generally around 4-5 items. First time they wanted to cancel our whole order bc they did not have an ingredient for one of the burritos. We had to beg to not do that and to just replace it with a taco (cost less than the original item). second time- ordered a Crunchwrap with rice added. Every other item (3 items) completely unaltered. Get told they would have to cancel the whole order again because they can’t do the Crunchwrap. My husband asked if they could just swap it with an equal item as to not be hard. Was told “I can only do that with the chicken quesadilla”. To which my husband said sure. Pulls up to the window- attendee says absolutely nothing, ignores him, hands food like we ruined his day. Come home to see they literally gave me a unmelted quesadilla with RICE in it! Wild behavior from this place. Don’t order ahead, or online, or expect any form of customer service. They can’t handle the bare minimum.

I wish you could give a 0. But you can’t. So at least they gave you one star. There is a larger Man that works night shift. I order 2(9.00) boxes. One with a med. starry and 1 with a mango tea large. Than a side of large fries and cheese as well as a jalenpeno fries. I pull up to the window. They say that they are out of cheese it’s a 30 minute wait. So I said I would wait. Just work 22 hours straight so I don’t mind waiting. Guy brings the food out. And inform him he is missing a box. And get mads drops my food in my lap. Proceeds to go inside the store. And talk about me. So I came back inside asked what do I need to do in order to get my food. He ignores me for like 10 minutes then comes over. So yes I had to buy another box. So my meal came out to 32.00. Make it make sense. While I’m waiting. Another gentleman and I are talking. A door dasher says be patient there are only 4 workers. I said that’s not a me problem. So she starts arguing with me. And she was not even in the original conversation. The manager or whoever the skinny brunette was comes out and says we don’t have enough people so I said you might wanna look into hiring more. Day time Taco Bell has a awesome team. When the street lights come on. Stay away from this Taco Bell. From now on if I want Taco Bell. I will be going to Monmouth. You will forever never have my service again. I will relay this to all my trucker friends and their family. One more the larger man if you ever disrespect my wife again like the other night ( who also works in the food industry). We will be having a different talk. Also if you don’t like people and you hate your job than quit it’s pretty easy.

The staff is incredibly rude and when you are rude back they won't serve you . The manager is completely incompetent and doesn't understand her business. Obviously a lack of qualified employees. Heard this complaint from other people and definitely the truth. Calling corporate, also manager refused to give me the number.

Just pulled in to the parking lot and saw 4 or 5 employees outside smoking and conversing. They all gave me an angry look and went back inside the business. ???? One in particular I watched mouth a curse or two. Looks like they were unionizing and angry that their break would be over. Anyway, wouldn’t trust the food of an annoyed worker or 4.
