The food here is consistently disappointing. It never tastes good and is always unseasoned, leaving meals bland and unappetizing. To make matters worse, they stick to the same rotation of food and never switch it up, which makes dining here feel monotonous and uninspired.

Thompson Dining Center is a solid spot if you're in the area and looking for a chill, hearty meal. The fried chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, definitely one of the best I’ve had in a while. I also grabbed a side of mashed potatoes and green beans, which were fresh and well-seasoned. Spent about $18 for a filling meal that hit the spot. The atmosphere is casual, and the staff is friendly, which makes for a relaxed dining experience. Definitely recommend if you're craving some comfort food that doesn't break the bank!

A high level of hygiene was maintained and the meals were well served
No credit cards accepted! Grandma sent me to get cash out of ATM. And when I was back in 2 mins they were closed. I paid $5 atm fees for nothing.
Please, please, PLEASE add more vegan options!! I've lived in Thompson for two months and nearly every meal has been some variation of steamed veggies and rice. There was a vegan patty melt once and it was the most delicious thing I'd eaten in weeks, but I can't even eat the black bean burgers from the grill because they contain animal products.

Great place to get lunch if you are a student or visiting campus
Great burger and fries. Nice dorm atmosphere.
Was working on ice cream freezer was busy place!
Very few food items taste good. Food is well overpriced for the quality, but students on campus who are forced to get a meal plan have to use their $1875 or they'll lose it ($125 maximum refund per semester). Average meal costs $10+. For that price, the food at restaurants in town is significantly better. This is with Sodexo catering.
With a variety of choices during the day, there won't be something you don't enjoy.
