The ingrediants are all excellent and high quality, the same it's been for decades. Simply excellent.

Regarding some reviewss here, Ray is a nice dude. He's straightforward in trying to get it right. He'll admit he's a little gruff when he's busy, but it's never personal and adds to the charm and personality of the place. I know country folk expect constant politeness, fake or real, but I enjoy Ray's real-ness. He just cares about the food.“
