My friend and I placed 2 individual orders and they were immediately accepted and TOOK OUR MONEY. Yet when we got there they informed us that they closed an hour early, would not be making our orders and if we âwant our money backâ we would have to call customer service tomorrow during business hours. I donât quite understand why they would continue to accept orders on the app when they are closed. Not only is it annoying, but insanely inconvenient that we now have to find the time to call and get our money back and then wait the 3-5 business days for the refunds to process.

My parents went to wendys in macomb il and sandwich was supposed to be on sale, she charged full price and wouldn't make it right. Fries were hard and cold and greezy. Sandwiches was also bad for the price they paid, was also cold. Never going back. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
