LJ's is a hometown restaurant that serves the local community. No one is ever a stranger there. Come on in, make yourself at home and even share a table with someone you don't know...you'll be fast friends within minutes. Food is always on point with a ton of homemade desserts. For me, the items not to miss are the sausage patty (sourced locally and just fantastic) and the fish fry on Fridays. If you bring your appetite for breakfast, don't skip the monster pancakes - they're phenomenal! When we're at Lake Wildwood, LJ's is a must, so do yourself a favor and swing by Magnolia for some good eats!

Very Cute restaurant!!! I loved that they had an all you can eat salad and soup bowl out already @9:30!!! The Hungry Man Skillet was very filling. *Next time I will try the deep fried French toast, which looked delicious!

8-6-24 Wow! We stopped here on our way from Peoria to Milwaukee and we are so glad we did. The food, service, atmosphere and Prices are all excellent! So many items on the menu to choose from! It is well worth the short trip off of the interstate. We will definitely be back soon!
