Yikes hasn’t this place gone downhill…. 7 PM on a Friday night and it took 20 minutes to get an order. I’m sure it didn’t help that. It was a group of high school kids running around without any supervision.
My order was sitting there getting cold but nobody put it in the pick up area. They left it on the drive-through register counter sitting there
.. It just sat back there for 15 minutes and got cold and they gave it to me cold. I’ll never be back

What a quick and well organized place… always clean and friendly. Alex, what a hunk 😀 he even treated the dogs to a treat and made their day!!

I was traveling and stopped to get a quick meal at this Arby's. The location is great. I wasn't expecting a 4 star dining experience so I wasn't disappointed with the food I ordered. I stopped mid-afternoon so I didn't have to wait in line. My order was done very quickly. The counter person was friendly. The restaurant was neat and tidy. The food was good for an Arby's. The onions and lettuce were crispy. I got the quality I expected and that is all that I wanted.

Parking: There is parking on 2 sides of the building with 3 handicapped spots by the door.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 ramps for people who need a ramp.

I love the food and the employees are very friendly. I'm glad to see that their potato cakes are back hopefully for good if this gets back to the main office but I'd also like to see come back would be the ham and cheese sandwich

Order the deluxe burger. Little did I know they did not grill the burger but put it in the deep fryer. I started to eat the sandwich and noticed it was pink inside. The further I ate the Pinker it got. It was pretty much raw in the center. They told me there was a disclaimer on the sign which I didn't see to begin with but after looking at it I did. Didn't give me many options for the bad food. Would have liked my money back. Will never be going back there again.

We love Arby’s and ordered drive thru from this one today. It was a mess from the start. In the middle of our order- someone else took over and finished the order. I tried correcting it at the window although we even paid, so I had to pay a second time since they left items off.

Once we paid for the second time, got our food, we realized we were missing two drinks and multiple other items we had paid for.

My wife ran in- and was met with a rude manager that yelled at her as she was walking out in front of other guests that “even though you didn’t pay for those items, we will give them to you for free.” My wife, the calmest person ever went back to the counter and showed her the receipt the second time showing we did pay for it.

The people at the window were horrible, management was bad, and food wasn’t good either.

I ordered a Reuben sandwich and did not want the Thousand Island dressing, but I was told Arby's doesn't have regular yellow mustard, only honey mustard, which does not work with corned beef. Also fried were cold.
In addition to finding out that you no longer have potato cakes, which Arby's had for years.
