We used Briks as a preschool fundraiser this summer and the experience was fantastic! Kim is so easy to work with! The space at Briks is incredible for bringing families together! I’ve been to Briks with my family and friends multiple times and each time is better than the last! 😊
Briks is a great place to bring the kids and spend a lovely evening outside relaxing and enjoying good food! Our favorite pizza is the Rancher. Their wings are also fantastic and we love the pretzel. Definitely worth checking out!
The pizza itself was delightful. If you haven't had brick oven pizza before, you should expect a little charring, but its genuinely delicious. The pretzel was absolutely fantastic too. But I would recommend some honey grams or small chunks of actual graham cracker on the smores pizza after its done cooking, as it lacked a needed crunch.
My partner also really wanted to mention just how nice the bathroom was. Really well designed and maintained.
