I was really disappointed with my visit to Culver’s tonight. I’m diabetic and asked if I could have my drink cup first because my blood sugar was dropping, but the employee told me, “You’ll get your drink when it’s ready.” That response felt dismissive, especially given my situation. Unfortunately, my order also had several mistakes. I didn’t receive my cheese curds, and my cheeseburger was made plain even though I ordered it with the works (no onions). I understand that mistakes can happen, and I don’t expect perfection. However, a simple apology and an effort to correct the issues would have gone a long way.
I hope this feedback helps improve future experiences.

In a world of drive thru atmosphere, the dine in experience here is a little treat. Everyone is so helpful and kind, they even have had trivia nights on occasion. Having little kids and feeling comfortable having them be able to grab a utensil or condiment without being scared and attending to your other is a small town comfort that is rare.

I had difficulty finding the entrance. I got carry out. Received my food promptly. The people were very friendly even though I arrived close to closing time.

Ordered a Cod filet to go from this Culver’s. Once back in the vehicle and on the road, opened it up. First bite was warm, not hot and the cheese wasn’t melted. The rest of it was cold . Wasn’t going to turn around and go back so ate it anyway. The next day was very sick with stomach issues. Never eating at Culver’s again!
Been going to this Culver's for a while now. Curbside is always quick never wait longer than a few minutes. Went in for take out today. Service was fast and friendly. Christy took her time to make sure everything was correct on our order, which there is alot. When we walked in someone was cleaning the glass of the doors and greeted us as we walked through. Very clean everything was stocked. And most importantly we had everything and it was fresh!!!

Food is always fresh!!! I don’t mind waiting a little bit to get it that way, it’s a breath of fresh air in Mahomet considering the McDonald’s across the street is the exact opposite and will keep you waiting and it will be cold and stale, keep it up Mahomet Culver’s team!!!
