We saw it advertised on the highway and wanted something more than fast food for an afternoon dinner. The food and portions were great! The atmosphere of the restaurant was perfect as we were wanting a nice quiet venue after driving for many hours. It is a classy place and we will plan to stop on our next road trip!
Amazing! Rebollo has a big name in IL for Mexican cuisine. His father, his brother, they all have amazing restaurants around IL. Blessed to have this close to home as I grew up on his fathers food

Hacienda Rebollo offers a very good and slightly creative take on standard Mexican fare. The steak chimichanga, beef tacos, pork belly tacos, and pork belly appetizer are all good. However, the fajitas meat was dry and the paellas shrimp was not good. The interior is very pretty and cozy with a unique, cool aesthetic and a wall of candles, creating a romantic feel. Service is usually friendly, attentive, and quick, but can be very slow during busy times, requiring some patience. The 32oz beers are a plus.
