Round two of a poor experience paying at the drive thru. Your service members are uninformed and argumentative. “Our reader does not take the Apple Card on your phone. It has to be a Visa or other card.” Me: Apple only offers a MasterCard. “No, that is not right.” Me: from the Apple webpage. “No, the Apple Card is not a Visa card; it uses the Mastercard payment network.” Argues more and says that I am wrong. Me: OK — here is my physical Apple Card: it’s a master card. Me. It’s an Apple Master card that you said your reader won’t take Apple if it’s a master card.

Guess what? It worked both times. And Apple Pay (attached to my Apple Master card) worked just fine in the reader inside at the counter last week.

Please Inform your drive through employees, fix your reader, and tell them not to argue with customers who may not always be right but were in this case.

Final note: your service persons should be informed that a veggie sandwich is just that: veggies. Asking me for my meat selection was off putting. I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered through drive-thru on Friday and there was a hair in my sandwich. I am always on the road since I was passing through the area I decided to call Monday due to me driving and not having a chance to call the store on Friday. when I called the lady put me on hold who was the “ Manager“ stated she called her manager and the manager stated since that had been Friday and there wasn’t any evidence there was nothing that they can do. Horrible service disgusted with how they handled the situation will never buy there again. The workers should wear hair nets to prevent that from happening!

So i payed with my card wanted to pay for my soda with cash at the door tryed to charge me 6 $$ for another delivery fee B/S thay didnt make the 100% mark up on the drink thats whare thay make the profit unreal !!!

I added cheese to the sandwich which is extra. It was not there. I called and said hey im missing the cheese he said oh ill give you a credit no sorry or anything terrible customer service and this is why i eat at home.

The employees are always so kind. I was accidentally given the wrong order once and the employees called me to say they recognized the mistake and wanted to apologize! I’ve never had a restaurant do that before. I was so impressed! Also, random bonus, they have the best fountain Diet Coke in Mahomet!

Really JJ? This is your pickle size now? 1.89 for this small pickle. I get these every time I get jj sandwich, and this is half if not smaller than the usual size. Do better guys!

This is the slowest Jimmy John’s I’ve ever been to. Get some trainers in this store… yikes

Jimmy John’s… whatever you are doing when it comes to training kids under the age of 21… keep doing it. There were probably 7 or so people working and all of them were on their “A” game. I am not used to seeing that age group working so hard and being so polite to customers. As my husband and I sat there eating we watched the staff just hustle. Not one of them was standing around doing nothing. If there wasn’t a customer to wait on or food to prepare, they were cleaning or doing other things and none of them were on their phones. (so refreshing to see)
I couldn’t figure out who the manager was but whoever you are, you are doing an amazing job with these kids. Keep it up the great work guys. So proud!
Oh… and the food was amazing too! 😊

Remember JJs used to be locally owned and operated. The "corporate" stores were always amazing. Friendly greetings, ridiculously fast food, great quality and value. In hindsight, it was something to be proud of.

Jimmy John's is a hollow shell of it's former self, and every experience I've had in the last decade only further cements that view.

The food has all gone downhill. They don't slice their own meats in house anymore... The portions have shrunk, freaky fast gave way to freakishly slow, no more friendly greetings, and the price is ridiculous for what you get... everything that made Jimmy John's great is now gone, ravaged by corporate greed.
