What is so hard to make the food the way the customer has asked for it do you know generation of pocket princesses just love to piss people off talk down to people maybe some of us old school cooks that have retired. Maybe we should come back and show you new generation on how to make the food proper for the customer and when you talk down to the customer, maybe us old generation not to live in hell out of you when you screw up this is a piss poor restaurant and I am ashamed that I’ve ever in my life worked for a McDonald’s or any other restaurant you guys make me sick on the way you do customer service fish was cold both times got two apple pies. One was still cold like it was never cooked fries or cold. The first time around again y’all are nothing but pocket princesses.

They have a problem getting my food right. When I ask for a plane damn cheeseburger and u put the plane tag on the wrapper and oh come to find out it has everything on it.🙄🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒😒😠😠😠😠😠. So today I thought I would stop and get me a caramel frappe with my points. So I asked for extra caramel inside the cup. Well apparently this is what Mahomet McDonald's extra caramel is. I also even asked the manager that handed me my drink and food that this is extra caramel and proceeds to tell me yes ma'am it is🤨🤨🤨🤨🙄🙄🙄🙄😤😤😤😡😡😡😡.

Was driving to Golden Illinois to visit my mom, pulled off highway to find this brand new McDonald's, was really nice.
Took 15 minutes for a pre-made cold coffee. It's not hard to put ice in a cup and pour the coffee in. Thanks guys.

Ordered a buy one get one free sandwiches, a burrito, and hash brown. Waited 30 minutes to get those 4 things. We had to go in to even get our food. We ordered in the drive-thru. Still waited 10 minutes to get the food. Didn't get our salsa. Had to ask to get our hash brown. What a joke of a McDonald's. Never again will I stop here.

Place is completely dead and so nasty on the inside. My sandwich and my husband sandwich had so much sauce the sandwich wouldn’t even stay together just kept sliding all of and making a mess. Cleanliness should be a key factor ESPECIALLY IF THEY ARE COMPLETELY DEAD. The floors where sticky from the counter to the drinks my slides where sticking to the floor. Normally this is my favorite McDonald’s but seeing how dirty the dining room was watching the workers just walk past and look at the mess it’s mind blowing really over flowing garbage too flys landing on my food 🤮🤢 I get fast food I was a manager once for fast food so my question is does the lack of cleanliness come from a manager that don’t take pride in their job and don’t care to make sure their store is clean or workers who don’t respect their manger 🤔 either way the health dept would have a field day with the way this lobby looks and the fact the teas time stamp is wayyy past its time Smdh do better!
