I ordered online to pick up. The guy asked my pick up number. I gave it to him. Told my name too. He gave me someone else's food. I had opened it to look and make sure everything was in it. I told him it was not mine. He argued with me and said that was the number I gave him. I told him no, I gave you number on my phone. He then took it back and came back to the windows. Told me they did not have an order for me. I told him it was already done by my message. I tried showing him. He got furious and walked away. I waited at the windows for a bit. He came back and said what do you want? There is nothing with your name on it. I said there is. This went on for about 5 minutes. I was not leaving the drive up till he got my order. When I pulled up to the drive up I gave him the number and it came up the right order on the screan, so I knew it was there. He was very rude about it when I told him that. He said I did not give him that number. It was a very emotional experience for me. I ended up pulling out of the drive up crying . I was so mad. I just hope they gave the person's who's food they gave to me a new order.

Went through drive thru to get mobile order. Got home and they forgot one of my sandwiches. I tried to call but the call wouldn't go through. Went back up there. In the snow mind you they gave me my sandwich and threw in a pie. Got home and it was missing the extra 2 patties of meat I paid for. Still couldn't get the call to go through and I wasn't about to go a third time. Very disappointed
Went to the Mahomet McDonald’s to pick up food to bring in to meet with kiddo who is in kindergarten, for her birthday lunch at school. Luckily, her happy meal was ok but my husband’s quarter pounder with cheese was raw. Not just pink, but raw. Never had this issue before but also don’t frequent McDonald’s very often.
