DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! Me and my partner placed an online order (only breakfast options were shown in the app) We arrive to the location and get told that we werent able to get the food we ordered even though it was the only options in the app. Now we have to wait 2-3 days for a refund and we lost the money we had inteneded for food. Very unhappy about the situation and how it was handled. I strongly advise using a different location.

The fries were stale and limp. The burger was not very warm. The fish sandwich was also barely warm. $20. Should have eaten elsewhere

There has to be a better process for pulled customers than just hoping the order is correct, I get home no sauce for my kids nuggets 3 missing sandwiches and this is a regular occurrence at this place. With the new places moving into Mahomet hopefully they start to feel it in their bottom line.

This is possibly the dirtiest McDonald's I've ever seen. Tonight I dined in with my son and we spent the entire meal swatting gnats away from our food. Trash and spilled soda in several places on the floor, and an empty cleaning bucket hanging out by the entrance. Ketchup was stuck to the already dirty table.
Some of the staff have no idea what they're doing. It took them a full 10 minutes to print my receipt, which I only asked for because I was pretty sure they would not get my order right as usual for this place. So I stood there for 10 minutes, got my food, unwrapped it, and through the gnats it looked like my McChicken had been punted it 50 yards before handing it to me. Total mess.
It was one thing after another at this place, which left me baffled, and that's why I took the time to leave a review of a fast food place, which I wouldn't usually do.
Overall this place falls far, far short of McDonald's standards and clearly needs better leadership or their franchise license revoked.
What is so hard to make the food the way the customer has asked for it do you know generation of pocket princesses just love to piss people off talk down to people maybe some of us old school cooks that have retired. Maybe we should come back and show you new generation on how to make the food proper for the customer and when you talk down to the customer, maybe us old generation not to live in hell out of you when you screw up this is a piss poor restaurant and I am ashamed that I’ve ever in my life worked for a McDonald’s or any other restaurant you guys make me sick on the way you do customer service fish was cold both times got two apple pies. One was still cold like it was never cooked fries or cold. The first time around again y’all are nothing but pocket princesses.

They have a problem getting my food right. When I ask for a plane damn cheeseburger and u put the plane tag on the wrapper and oh come to find out it has everything on it.🙄🙄🙄🙄😒😒😒😒😠😠😠😠😠. So today I thought I would stop and get me a caramel frappe with my points. So I asked for extra caramel inside the cup. Well apparently this is what Mahomet McDonald's extra caramel is. I also even asked the manager that handed me my drink and food that this is extra caramel and proceeds to tell me yes ma'am it is🤨🤨🤨🤨🙄🙄🙄🙄😤😤😤😡😡😡😡.
