If I could give less then 1 star I would.. ive even tried contacting taco bell and got no response. I spent over 70$ half our stuff was wrong and they never came back to give us our drinks.

I live in Mahomet and can say that I had not gotten taco bell in probably like...8-10 years. Just never was near one or had occasion. Well....listen...they moved in less than a mile away and...now I've had taco bell like 4 times in 3 weeks - and tbh I've been GENUINELY shocked at how good it was every time - it had always been hit or miss at other locations I'd been to - but this Mahomet Location absolutely crushed it out of the park every time. Cheesy Double Beef Burritos - where have you been all my life.

Nobody answers the phone and you can't just cancel an order on the taco bell app

Typical Taco Bell food. They were busy, for their first week open for business. The drink station needed attention when we were there. There was trash and spilled liquid all over it. When things slowed down while we were eating there, an employee came out to the lobby and sprayed some tables, but did not pick the trash up off the floor or wipe down the drink station.

My wife placed an order for three crunchy tacos and five packets of mild sauce. When I opened the tacos I got nacho cheese shells and no sauce packets. I hate nacho shells. It was not worth going back to get the order right so I threw them out and wasted $7.00. I tried to call about the issue and the message said they were not answering the phone. Terrible service!
