We drovec45 minutes out of our way and there soft serve machine wasn't working. I ended up getting three tiny scoops of ice cream that cost me $5 more than the treat I wanted to order. I was shocked how small three scoops of ice cream was from this shop. We won't be back.

I was really looking forward to this treat, but honestly, I got more whipped cream than actual creamy ice cream. Definitely disappointed—the balance was way off. Hopefully next time it’s more ice cream and less topping!

I went there on April 11, and used a gift card to pay attention the drive through. When I went to use the gift card again, I found out the cashier took a picture of it and used it within the hr for purchases on eBay and Facebook according to the claims department from visa. Absolutely disgusting, never going back.
Update, I emailed the contact info and never heard back. So much for trying to make it right. Still won't ever go back and have been telling people to avoid this place so they don't get robbed of their money

Went inside to order since the parking lot was empty, no customers around BUT no employees to be seen either. Stood around for 5-10 minutes checking out the menu and still, nobody had come up. Went back outside and tried the drive thru, immediately had an answer and got what I needed. Frustrating for someone who wants to eat inside/outside to HAVE to go through the drive thru, when it’s clearly not busy.
Food & ice cream were good, as always! Service… not so much :/

The Lombard location is extremely slow. two visits this season. The first was bad....super slow service even though there was hardly anyone else there. Gave them another shot today. over 30 minutes waiting in line with only 3 sets of folks ahead of us (2 couples and a single person.) Finally gave up and left. the couple behind us did the same. They commented as well about how slow the staff was everytime they have visited too. Won't be back.
