PLACE IS A HUGE JOKE. They need to shut down. I was standing in line over 15min while they only helped drive thru orders. I was ignored and some woman was getting her donut order while I was not even waited on. Stormed out of there. Place needs to CLOSE. Noone can do their job.

Don’t want to bash my local Dunkin Donuts but whenever I get their sandwiches they are always cold and taste stale. The cheese is never melted. It’s like a got a sandwich that’s been sitting out for days. Do better Manhattan Dunkin Donuts.

I love supporting local businesses but they make it hard for us to do so. I seen they close at 7pm I went around 6:25 the front door was locked and closed couldn’t go inside. We decided to go through the drive through and when ordering a latte I was told they couldn’t make it anymore because they had already cleaned the machine. My husband wanted a bagel and they said they no longer had bagels they had ran out of mostly everything because they were going to close in 30 minutes.

Please address the angry blonde girl in the drive thru window today. She is always so rude to her fellow employees, guests, and she messes up orders and takes short cuts to correct them. She is the reason for your low ratings! Get rid of whats polluting the atmosphere or highly recommend counseling services.

I usually enjoy Dunkin’, but the experience at this location was genuinely disappointing. Aubrey and Paige were incredibly rude and dismissive from the moment I drove up. Paige was the young lady with blonde hair, she was the worst of the two.They spoke over me while I was trying to place my order, didn’t acknowledge my questions, and acted like I was an inconvenience rather than a customer. It wasn’t just me either—other customers seemed to be getting the same cold, impatient treatment.

It’s one thing to be busy, but there’s no excuse for a complete lack of basic courtesy. A little professionalism and respect would go a long way. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location anytime soon.

Half the time they don't unlock their doors in the morning so you can't pick up any walk-in orders and are forced to wait in the drive-thru. They also don't make wake-up wraps right most of the time

Most days this Dunkin is great… skip it on Saturday morning though. Can’t figure out their own system, won’t let you redeem your rewards from the app. Told me the drink I ordered doesn’t apply even tho it clearly says that exact drink on the redeem screen. The drink was absolutely awful to top it off Her reply was just simply oh yea idk. Spent about 20 minutes waiting for a doughnut and one drink while the drive thru lines out to the street. This place clearly needs a new manager and employees who at least have half a clue

This has to be the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in the state of Illinois. Anytime I order mobile it takes 20 mins longer than what it should.
You walk in and they don’t greet you. Then you ask about your mobile order and they say “oh we’re out of that xyz.” Umm you couldn’t have greeted me and told me that when I walked in?.

I actively avoid this location unless I’m desperate. It just has gotten worse & and worse since they opened up. This is a very poorly managed location with employees who could care less.
