Worst Dunkin I have been to in awhile. The guy in the window obviously hates his job and has a problem and rolled his eyes when HE got my order wrong after I said it 4 times. His only response during ordering was is that all, is that all, is that all. The other guy however had a very pleasant demeanor which is why I’m giving this location 2 star.

i’ve never had a problem here before until today. we had two orders we ordered ahead and showed up early. we knew it would be a wait. not 25 mins i spent 17 dollars there to get burnt food. missing ingredients LIKE A MAIN ingredient. i’m extremely annoyed.

I love dunkin, but not this one. Employees have no personality. They wait until you're about to pay to let you know they're out of something. They make drinks wrong and ignore you if you have an issue.

usually i never have problems with this location. but i go in to order and 4 girls were working 3 of them were actually doing work and The other girl, Natalie just stood in the back on her phone texting instead of taking my order. i have no problem waiting but when everyone else is working and someone is just standing there that’s an issue. if ur gonna get this location use the app!!
My son and I stopped in after our appointment and I have never been treated so poorly before, he was rude, couldn’t get us out of the line fast enough and our order was NOT correct at all. Super pissed! Not even a sorry. Very poor customer service!

Edit from my last review… owner reached out after a complaint filed on the Dunkin app about the “bone” that was found in one of our chicken pepper wraps. The owner apologized to for the inconvenience and offered a free breakfast to make it right. The breakfast 100% better this time around, and definitely makes me feel better and I may give this Dunkin another chance.
